This was my second vehicle purchase with Cardinal GMC, and I have to say, the experience this time around was a huge step up, all thanks to Matt Columbo. My first purchase didn?t go as smoothly, but I met Matt when I came back for service, and he immediately stood out. He took the time to notice an issue I was having and actually helped make it right, which left a lasting impression. So when it was time to buy again, I didn?t think twice, I went straight to Matt. He made the entire process easy and stress-free. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about getting me into the right vehicle. I love my new Buick Envision and couldn?t be happier with how everything turned out. If you?re heading to Cardinal, ask for Matt. He really goes the extra mile.

Everything was great from a service prospective. Took off a star for the 3% credit card fee. Service is not cheap at the dealer and to tack on an extra 3% is unnecessary. In addition I have a GM credit card and to charge an extra 3% at the dealer pretty much makes the card useless. I?ll probably just cancel it

Overall good drove over three hours to arrive, pain that policy is they don?t accept checks or certified checks when purchasing outright. Did money transfer before leaving home and waited an hour at dealership for verification of transfer total four hours (ridicules). Other than that process was simple enough.

The salesman I dealt with, Rob Fulmer is one of the best. Strait forward, tells you how it is without any hidden surprises. He was honest, patient and very professional. He easily addressed all my concerns and questions and I would highly recommend asking for him to be your salesman. He was very quick in responding as I was inquiring about a car out of state and he made everything very easy and simple to understand. Out of the other dealerships I inquired about, it was like night and day. I ended up replacing my engine in my old vehicle, so I didn’t actually buy from here but everything was set up to go I just had to sign. He was honest about out the door pricing and the dealership he works for doesn’t try sneaking ridiculous hidden fees like some of these other places. This review is the least I could do since I pretty much wasted his time. Thanks Rob and sorry again!
