I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
As simple as the title. I didn't feel like it was anything special. The service was just ok and the prices were average or high for most of the vehicles. I know dealers want to make as much off the buyer as possible but you have to draw a line in the sand somewhere.
Armen Chevrolet made the entire trading in and buying process extremely easy for me. My car was sold to me with just 2 miles on it, they gave me a fair trade on my old vehicle and walked me through the steps of each process. The one issue (probably not important to everyone) was the excessive branding they put on my new vehicle with their name on it. They had a vanity plate on the front of the car, a license plate cover with their branding, and an emblem (not a decal) bearing their name stuck with heavy adhesive. It was almost impossible for me to remove the emblem and if not done right could have resulted in damage to the paint.
I rarely write reviews, but this one is necessary. I have owned 5 Honda cars over the years, purchased from 3 different local dealerships. I visited these same 3 dealers and was very dissatisfied during this round. So, I decided to give Davis Honda a try. I met with Salesperson George Trauger. Thanks to George, this car buying experience was UNBELIEVABLY hassle-free and unlike any other I’ve had before. George made the process fun, fast, fresh and friendly.
Additionally, in my travels I have found that meeting with dealership Finance Managers is one of the most stressful parts of the car buying process, where Finance Managers aggressively push overpriced products I didn’t ask for. Bernadette Estelow changed my perception of this. I found the interaction stress-free, educational, and value added.
I’ve been a loyal Honda customer for years, and now I have finally found a dealership worthy of the Honda brand. I look forward to this relationship for years to come.

Just an awesome experience purchasing a car and getting out of leasing, to continue on my journey of retiring in the Spring. Like most people buying a car is a big financial decision to make and like most people afraid of salesmen, but there was never any pressure from the staff specially my salesman Jobin Grandstrom from Videon Chevrolet. Average: We found the sales person to be dedicated to selling the car we asked about, I'll leave that there.... Recalls on the car had not been resolved as we had been assured they were. Finance was aggressive with pushing the extended warranty, seemed they were taking the 7 no approach seriously. When dealing with the Service division (to resolve the recalls) we've only experienced wonderful customer service.
Great place friendly salesperson I wanted something else end up getting a later model vehicle the I really wanted and didn’t think I can get cheaper down payment mark and Paul listen and was honest with me a great place to do business I would be telling people and coworkers at septa about this place

The best experience. There is never any pressure by salesmens. They let you test drive the car on your own and they let you take your time. They are very kind and work with you through all the steps. Otis was awesome since day one! I called ahead of time and talked to him and he was able to pull my application online and get it all set for me before I even came in. Jesse was just as great worked with me and my monthly budget! The best experience I had! After going from dealership to dealership I finally found something that I loved inside and out. Would definitely come back and buy another car with them! If you go in ask for Otis!!!! He was honestly the best never pressured me to buy the car at all. And I appreciate it that.
