i do not know or care to learn about cars. Therefore, I go to McCaddons. Jon Berry has been pro-active in caring for my car, with full knowledge that I do not know abut cars. He makes recommendations in a language I can understand and then does the needed work. Better yet he does not recommend unneeded work. I will continue to trust the personnel and service.

Tyler (sales) went above and beyond to make sure we purchased a family vehicle that was in our budget and meet our needs (& wants). We visited to test drive a used suburban. After the test drive my wife and I weren’t sure that it was exactly what we wanted (nothing wrong with it, just not our ideal car). We told the salesman, Shawn, that we needed to think about it and weren’t ready to make a decision. Based on past experience with other dealerships I was expecting the pressure and sales tactics to start... nope, not with Shawn. Before we left Shawn brought over the GM for the dealership and I thought “here it comes - he’s going to apply the pressure”. Wrong again :) Before we left Shawn asked if he could get us some bottles of water for the ride home. I hope to have an opportunity to buy a vehicle from Pellegrino in the future, as they gave me the best dealership experience I have ever had!
Arnie was an absolute pleasure to work with at Bellavia. He was very friendly and personable from the moment we walked into the dealership. He took his time to show us the different vehicles and options and never pressured us to make a purchase we weren't comfortable with or ready for. He took the time to listen to exactly what we were looking for and help us get the best deal for our Enclave. It was very refreshing. After my purchase Arnie called to follow up and make sure I was happy with the vehicle and offered to answer any questions I had. I would highly recommend Arnie and Bellavia to my family and friends. I wasn???t ready to buy anything new yet but getting rear-ended and losing my vehicle made me start looking. After a lot of research and looking online I did find a GMC Canyon that has exactly what I wanted and it was at Hudson???s Buick in Poughkeepsie. Mike Vargas was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. He went out of his way make sure Iwas comfortable with what I was buying (this was replacing a 2003 Dodge Dakota) and explained all features to me. We were also surprised we got a 50??? TV. He even picked me up at the train station the day I was picking up the truck since I had no ride to the dealership. Thanks again! This was an extremely pain free purchasing process. After the purchase (and signing every piece of paper under the sun) he sat with me in the truck to set up the OnStar and reviewed again the features and the remote start, since I never had that before. Thank you again.
