He helped me to make sure that I had my insurance transferred accurately, patiently waiting for me to get my registration from my previous vehicle, and introduced me to everyone who would be directly working with me and who were apart of the team. They seem to have a great comradery and they collectively have great energy! It made for a great experience because I felt comfortable.
