Sent an email inquiring about a vehicle and got a response. Responded to dealers email asking about hours of the business to possibly schedule a test drive and received no response. Recommend calling or just stopping by to look at a vehicle.
I put in an order for a 2018 Toyota Highlander without AWD. It had all the other features I wanted, especially the color and trailer hitch. I thought I could live without AWD. After a few days I called back to cancel and get a refund of my deposit. The salesperson asked why and I told him the car did not have AWD and I decided not to buy because of that. He said ok and forwarded my call to the person who would refund my deposit. I got the refund in 3 days.

Dave was very helpful in explaining all the features of this auto. There was absolutely no pressure on his part to sell us this van. We went and left a few times to think about the buying of this van. There were no phone calls made by Dave asking unnecessary questions about a potential sale. All of our communication was warm and friendly. He explained all the additional options we could have purchased in buying this van. There was no pressure on his part to push us into buying any of these add-ons. He went the extra mile to close this deal in a very warm and comfortable manner. Have been with Lupient when buying my cards for the last 30 years. It has all changed. There is hardly anyone in the service department. The calls don;t come and when you try to call you get connected to three or four different areas/people....and then get voicemail. In the past when I picked up my car, It was washed and brought around for me. The other day when I picked up my car from being serviced I was handed the keys and told roughly where it would be and to go look for it - get it myself. No wash. No customer service!
Purchased a used vehicle, vehicle we looked at wasn't quite what we were looking for but they went out of their way to find one with the minor difference we were looking for at a great price at another dealership and picked it up within the hour for us to continue on our purchase.
