9 am service appt that took over 1 hour 20 minutes to complete. They had to simply plug into computer port (in-cab) for engine light check. My opinion - Too long for a 5-10 minute check. After 1 hour I had to see what status was...Last oil change same, slow service...
Sent an email inquiring about a vehicle and got a response. Responded to dealers email asking about hours of the business to possibly schedule a test drive and received no response. Recommend calling or just stopping by to look at a vehicle.
Working with Sean was great he was very informative and upfont with everything during the test drive and pulling together the financing. We did not end up purchasing the vehicle but there was never any pressure to purchase.

Dave was very helpful in explaining all the features of this auto. There was absolutely no pressure on his part to sell us this van. We went and left a few times to think about the buying of this van. There were no phone calls made by Dave asking unnecessary questions about a potential sale. All of our communication was warm and friendly. He explained all the additional options we could have purchased in buying this van. We had a great experience buying a 2018 Acadia Denali this weekend. Luke was very knowledgeable and patient when test driving vehicles to get a feel for what we wanted. No pressure. He was totally helpful for every step of the process. We also got a thorough orientation on our new vehicle when we purchased it.
We purchased a Certified Pre-Owned GMC Acadia and are very happy with the purchase! The staff was very helpful. The sales person we had was new but did a great job with checking with other experienced salespeople if he didn't know the answer to our questions.
Have been with Lupient when buying my cards for the last 30 years. It has all changed. There is hardly anyone in the service department. The calls don;t come and when you try to call you get connected to three or four different areas/people....and then get voicemail. In the past when I picked up my car, It was washed and brought around for me. The other day when I picked up my car from being serviced I was handed the keys and told roughly where it would be and to go look for it - get it myself. No wash. No customer service!

They were not the closest Chevrolet dealer to us. We went there because of a great advertised price and a 5 star rating for the dealer. We bought a car then changed our mind because we found a better deal elsewhere. Lenzen located the same vehicle a considerable distance away, matched the price, accommodated a few other wrinkles we presented and couldn't have been nicer through the process. We're driving the exact vehicle we wanted and extremely happy with the price. Mike did a great job explaining the features of the Equinox and making the whole experience stress free. Mike Hellendrug and Jeff Lenzen took care of us extremely well.
