I recently purchased a truck at Kelly Dodge/Jeep. Their sales staff were very knowledgeable, helpful and please take to do business with. The price of the truck I purchased was on the low end of the Kelly Blue book price while the trade in allowance they gave me was on the high end of the spectrum. Went to Ciocca knowing we wanted a new Forester. Milton Obando saw that we got the Forester we wanted at the price we wanted to pay. They did not have the car in the color we wanted on the lot, but he reserved one from their incoming inventory. When it did come in he even sent me pictures. He also gave us a tour of the facility so we'd be familiar with the service dept, etc. Also thanks to Drew in the financial department as he customized an extended coverage package for us and Gigi who did the 2 week post purchase review. I would definitely recommend Ciocca and Milton.
Everyone at the dealership was extremely helpful and personable. Sarah was fantastic in explaining the different vehicles and trims, and not to mention has a wonderful personality. John worked really hard to get me a great deal. I was offered above market value for my trade and my monthly payments are less than what I was willing to do because of John's hard work and honesty. I have already started referring friends and neighbors to this dealership.
Our experience began with Chelsee in the Internet department who listened to our needs and gave us a price that was very competitive with other offers we received. We then came into the dealership and were greeted by our assigned salesman, Mohammed who provided excellent service and a signed contract exactly in accordance with what we had been offered. Average: We found the sales person to be dedicated to selling the car we asked about, I'll leave that there.... Recalls on the car had not been resolved as we had been assured they were. Finance was aggressive with pushing the extended warranty, seemed they were taking the 7 no approach seriously. When dealing with the Service division (to resolve the recalls) we've only experienced wonderful customer service.
Paul Rosenberg was an excellent sales associate. Very helpful in trying to match vehicle to my needs. Very honest and responsive. I've been looking at many different types of cars, visiting many dealerships and Paul stood out from all of other sales associates I have been in contact. Highly recommend dealing with him if looking to buy a GMC or Buick.
Everyone was very friendly, were not pushy, had an upfront great price, and gave us a decent value for our trade in. I have to say that this was the BEST car buying experience and will be doing business with your company again!!!
