My husband and I went to this dealership to test drive a Buick Encore. I was interested in a small SUV/cross over vehicle since I sometimes commute long distances for work. I did not anticipate purchasing a vehicle that particular day, I just wanted to test drive it so I can have some options. As we arrived at the dealership, we were promptly greeted by salesman Anthony Gioia. He was very understanding of the fact that we were just test driving a vehicle to narrow down our options. He asked us specific questions about what we were interested in and he showed us the Encore. I instantly fell in love with the vehicle and all its perks. Anthony was not a typical salesman. He didn't force the issue about trying to make a sale. He treated us like we had been long lost friends that were reconnecting. The entire experience was something that I didn't nor would expect from a dealership and it was so relaxing that we decided to purchase the vehicle right there on the spot. I would definately recommend going to Coggin Buick of Orange Park and asking for Anthony Gioia for all your purchasing needs. He is a great guy and treats you like family. It took most of the afternoon but our Salesman Anthony Gioia kept us busy with the test ride, stories and just pleasant conversation. Ghassan Korkmaz assured us he was taking care of the financial side of the deal and was Very personable. Before we knew what was happening we were ready to drive home in our new truck. Everyone did a great job.
Last month I started the truck shopping. I made contact with a dealer in South GA that my dad was buying from and dealer in Gainesville, FL where I live. I was looking for a 2018 Sierra 1500 SLT. Both of the dealers were within $500 for comparable trucks; however, the dealer in Gainesville informed me that the only way to buy from them was to finance through GM which I found odd. I knew there was an additional rebate for financing through GM, but was not happy about being forced to. I also wasn???t wanting to drive 4hrs to buy in GA if I could find a similar deal closer. That???s when I decided to send an online inquiry to several dealers within a couple hours of Gainesville. Coggin was one of them. The next morning I got a call from PJ. He was very nice and told me he thought he could find me what I was looking for and he did. I filled out an online credit app at 4:30 that afternoon. At 5 he asked if I wanted the truck that day. I informed him that I didn???t want to drive 1.5 hrs that night and it would be later that weekend before I could get it due to my work schedule. He said that he didn???t expect me to come get it and offered to have a salesman deliver it. At 9pm Walle the salesman delivered the truck to me. My wife and I filled out the paperwork at our dining room table and Walle took my trade back with him. I have since followed up with both PJ and Walle after the sale on a couple of things that they???ve both been more than willing to assist with. Ive bought many cars over the years both new and used, but these two guys and this dealership so far have been the best I???ve ever done business with! Thanks guys!!!
Wally Baroody was great at everything. He worked with me for about a month to find me the perfect car for me. He showed me how to work the new car and or the new features on the car. He walked me through all the paperwork and friendly as a person can get. He didn't push anything on me that was out of my range. All I can say is Wally made this process easy and uncomplicated for me. He will help you find what you are looking for the price you want. Gus in the finance department was helpful as well and made thing work and looks out for the customer.
I had salesperson Brian Bretz to be on the lookout for a replacement for my SRX. He found me a 2017 Acadia Limited and worked his magic and made it work financially for us. The is the second car Brian has helped us purchase. Thank you.
Coggin GMC installed the AMP Power Steps. I was going to take it to another business to have it installed, but the service manager Brian Noell (not there now), suggested that I let Coggin purchase it and that they would install it for me. Since the installation it has not worked properly at all. Had to take it back, they switched out the OBDII plug, and it would still work sometimes and sometimes not. I took it back for service Oct 17, 2018 they checked it out and could not find a problem. When I explained to the service advisor that I would bring it back again and again until it is fixed. He stated he could not fix a problem that was not there. Frustrated, I emailed the manufacture the problems that I was having, and my concerns that I had spent over $1,700.00 with Coggin GMC to have this installed and working correctly. AMP (Chris Peterson) stated more than likely the OBDII plug needs to be replaced and that GM has had several software updates in recent months, and these updates are causing the compatibility issues with the OBDII plugs. He stated since I was having issues with Coggin he would mail me the new plug needed to fix my problem. I am currently waiting to receive the new OBDII plug.
I had the best experience buying my vehicle here with Rachael Guzman as my sales person. She listened to all of my requests and founde a car I love for the price that was within our budget. She was also available for all of my calls and answered all of my questions throughout the process even after I bought the vehicle I highly recommend Rachael to anyone looking to purchase their next vehicle.

brought my truck in for an oil change. the service was done in a reasonable time. I was disappointed that my oil sensor was not reset yet again. the last time it was reset was January 2016 and I have had my oil changed several times since then. my monthly report keeps saying I am pass due service even though I just had it done 2 weeks ago.
