THe new service writer did a great job. She will be a great asset from my first experience. Worked with the existing team where she had questions.. did it quickly.. kept me informed in the process .. couldn't of asked for more. I still have an open service item that needs to get resolved ...on the RH blindspot monitoring system ..
In total my experience was great with the Brogden team. If the is one place for improvement it would be the time it took to complete the deal once terms were agreed to....stood around for a good hour waiting to complete each piece of the process.
We got right to the point but didn???t feel rushed. Found the car I wanted very quickly and he was more than willing to let me test drive as many as I needed. The best car dealership experience I???ve ever had!
Sam Scire and Don Davis went out of their way to make sure my family was satisfied with our purchase of a 2018 Buick Encore. We live 45 miles from this dealership, and just about every other Buick dealer in the metro is closer to us than Robert Brogden, but we will make the drive again soon, when we purchase a larger SUV, due to the excellent experience we had.
My husband and I went in specifically to buy a new Enclave. We worked with Sheldon. I explained we had an appointment in a couple hours. Walked in at 10:00 AM and out with our new vehicle by 12:30. Transaction with trade in went smooth. Love Love my new ride.
My experience was very easy compared to buying cars in the past. Everything was done online and I picked the car up the same week. The finance process was fast and I felt Kim was very honest and professional. My sales person Hunter went out of his way and brought the car for me to look at.
We had a overall great experience with this dealership! Our salesman wasnt pushy,was very friendly and knowledgeable. The processes of finding and buying a car that worked for our family was fairly quick and painless. The only concerns I had was the selections of vehicles and our wants and needs regarding payments were a little misleading. We will definitely consider Randy Curnow for future purchases.
I went to The dealership to look at a 2017 Yukon, i walk into the showroom and I’m greeted by Megan Brown. Megan answered all my questions and was quick to find a vehicle that I was looking for. She was patient & explained The options on the SUV, she was very knowledgeable of all the options. We took a test drive and she wasn’t in a hurry to get back and wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied with the vehicle before buying it. She explained the whole buying process and getting my trade looked at and negotiating a great deal. Megan is a Rockstar in the making, I would highly recommend her to anybody wanting to buy a new or used car,truck or suv. The whole buying process was completely stress-free from the office staff to the sales manager and the finance person and the owner Tony. The detail department did a fantastic job and again Megan help me clean out my old car and get into my new car and set up the on star in the vehicle. I would highly recommend Megan and this dealership for all your vehicle needs.
