You should thank Ginger. If I owned a business I would do all that I could to get her away from you. She is an excellent employee. The quality was good but the technician left leaves in the hood area and the trunk area. I would have thought that all foreign objects from the vehicle would have been removed from the vehicle. But the exterior look excellent as did the interior.
My car buying experience at Heritage Honda went very good. The salesperson that helped me was Rebecca Overby. She was very knowledgeable of cars, courteous, and very helpful in all aspects of the purchasing process. I highly recommend her as a salesperson and Heritage Honda of Rome, Georgia.
I have been getting cars serviced for many many years. I have been using Heritage Honds Service Dep for last several years. The service only gets better each time. I fully trust them. The works is very through. & when I just need help for something small they make themselves available. I feel they know me personally & I feel I am treated like family. Ginger, one of the customer serve people helps me keep things straight. She has even contacted me on her days off. Took my car in on Tuesday for repair. They were great to deal with. Brandy called me to let me know the costs of each item before proceeding. I also loved their appt. reminder service, so I didn't forget. Their follow up so far has been great. I would recommend using this newer dealership. I am also talking with Robby in the next week about a car purchase. Robby took the time to call me while my care was being repaired. Great service!
There seemed to be some confusion about which service agent was to be "credited" for handling my visit. I made an initial visit about 8 days ago to investigate what it would take to repair my seat. I was referred to your parts department and got outstanding service to make a decision. About a week later I returned to Service to have the part ordered. Service took some information and then directed me to Parts to order the item. The gentleman, Hayden, in Service remembered my previous visit and quickly ordered the part. He was very skilled and customer oriented. I felt confident with his assistance. Later that day I received a phone call from Robin in Service asking for my help to determine who helped me first in Service. I really did not keep up with Service "touches" and asked why this was important. Robin said that each Service agent receives credit for assisting customers. I had no idea and really could not reconstruct the sequence accurately. I had to reduce it to the Service stations rather than names as I did not get those, but very unsure about my recollection. Had I known commissions were an issue I would have paid better attention.
