Jason Vanasale was my salesman. He worked so hard to get me in a better car. I have less then good credit so really didn't think I could get a better car. But he worked until he found a company willing to work with me & kept my payments where I could comfortably make. Them I love my 2013 Chevy Sonic & was even able to take a vacation in the Smokie Mts. this past week in a comfortable car. Thank you Jason & others who helped make my better car possible.
I have really enjoyed my car buying experience at Kevin Grover GMC. I have purchased over 50 cars in my life, and NEVER did a dealer feedback review . . . Until now with Sewell Mini of Plano! Purchased a 2016 used Clubman last week and was totally impressed with the sales person (Hunter), his boss (Michael), inventory selection, facilities and price/value.
This was the second Mini purchased from this dealer: foolishly traded it (2015 4 door hardtop) and after a year wanted to buy another. Shopped 5 other dealers, and tried 8 Minis. Ended up at Sewell and made the purchase because of my good experience in the past (sales & Service) and they had the best deal! Price was very competitive (but you should not take their initial “list” price too seriously), car was certified (100,000 miles or 7 years), great repair facilities, nice people, and location (next to Costco . . . can shop while service is completed).
As usual, I called Willard Shell when my lease was expiring and we made an appointment to discuss my next car. We discussed my options and my decision was an Encore. Willard is so helpful and gives you the important info you need without being pushy. I have driven Buicks for many years and have never been disappointed. I also have my oil changes and work done at Jim Causley and have been completely satisfied. Thanks for salesmen like Willard Shell and an up-to-date facility!!
My new car experience was smooth from beginning to end. Carter helped me, a senior citizen, understand which features would be best for me and which model would suit me well. Definitely will consider going back to Runde’s.
Well I went in for an oil change and was there for three hours because when I had my tire fixed at another location they stripped the nuts and bolts on my tire. The process to get that taken care of was longer than I anticipated but they had excellent customer service. Im so thankful the issue was caught and fixed!
Just driving threw the Lot and they came out to me, thought I liked a Cadillac but ended up in a Buick. Great Trade value, loved the popcorn and the guy had a nickname of Givem away Randy, what an Awesome guy to deal with

By the time I made it to Stephen Toyota; I knew exactly what I wanted, I just didn???t know from who. I had been shopping around and comparing salesmen pitches, which is truthfully exhausting. When I met with Saeid Heydari, it was different. He made the process about me and what I wanted. He didn???t try to jazz up and sell me a car or features I didn???t need- but had me lay out everything I wanted (and didn???t) and just made it happen. He was patient and fought for me, as a customer, to get what I wanted for the price I wanted. No matter how many times I sent him back to the ???big boss??? for a better price or to add or change something, Saeid did it with a laugh and smile on his face. He didn???t just sell me a car; he sold me his trust.
This was an excellent experience. Bob Knowlton was knowledgeable and patient with me through the process of purchasing a new vehicle. I traded in my 2008 Toyota 4 Runner and was pleasantly surprised how much they gave me as a trade in towards the purchase of a 2017 Toyota 4 Runner. Very professional folks, outstanding service department, and excellent inventory. I rate this as one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. I highly recommend Rochester Toyota!
