Fantastic service department. Absolutely the ONLY dealership service department that I trust... because of John Noble period. One prime example: John keeps me informed of important upcoming maintenance but NEVER pressures me into performing recommended, but not critical, costly maintenance decisions. John is an effective and knowledgeable service adviser with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. I have written this before in previous customer feedback reviews and I will re-enforce my comments; I will continue to purchase my vehicles at John Vance Auto Group as long as John Noble is my service adviser.
My wife and I were looking for an SUV. I spoke with Jason Williamson and he was professional, very knowledgeable, and the best car sales person that I have worked with since I bought my first car almost 30 years ago!! I was able to get my wife into her dream suv and it was very affordable. I will definitely do business with Jason again in the future when I am ready to get another vehicle. Great company and great internet sales people!!!
While I did not purchase a vehicle from John Vance I did communicate with them through phone and email. They were very helpful and willing to send information on any vehicles I requested. I know they would rather have us at the lot, but even so I do not feel as if they were put out. Every question was answered promptly. They did not fill my inbox full of junk nor did they explode my phone with calls hounding me.
It was a very pleasurable experience. There was no pressure to buy. I was able to take ample time test driving the vehicle, whereas other places tend to rush you. I have no problem visiting that dealership again.
I found our Durango online and the internet department was more than willing to help us out any way possible. We live in Wichita so I was very skeptical about dealing with a dealership so far away. But, I was very impressed with the way the deal went about.
This was my first time buying a vehicle and I had a great experience. I worked with Jesse and he was very polite. I went in to this thinking I was going to spend my evening arguing with an annoying salesman and that was not the case at all. No on was pushy or rude and that was great! And I still got and awesome deal on my new car!
Went in for a $9.99 oil change asked to change filter than wanted to charge $30 labor just for that. They did take that charge off, but guess they are just baiting you with the coupon to run up the charges. The girl at the cashier desk was very nice and called the manager because she didn't think the charges were right either!
Great experience overall! Good price, not too much pressure...wanted to sell me a car and worked for it.
