I was seeking a newer used Silverado with several specific wants and needs. I located the best choice at Bidleman Chevrolet Buick GMC (700 miles from my home in NC). Shawn worked with me several days (via text, email & calls) to complete the deal and answered all my questions regarding making a long distance purchase from out of state. Travis advised me regarding resolving some special financial arrangements that had to be completed at my end. When I arrived to pick up the Silverado, I was greeted by Shawn and a dealership of very friendly outgoing and courteous people. The truck was ready and waiting. The final paperwork for the purchase was completed and every thing was good-to-go. It it was a smooth process and I am completely pleased with the truck. I would recommend Bidleman Chevrolet Buick GMC to buyers... local or long distance.
First time visiting the dealership. Everyone was friendly, not pushy and very knowledgeable. They did try to push the complimentary donuts on us! We looked at three different used vehicles and Kyler helped point out the good and bad features on each one. We test drove two of the GMC's and decided right then which one we wanted. We are very happy with the vehicle and would definitely recommend them even though they are about an hour from us.
This dealership made car purchasing enjoyable as it should be.The salesman,Shawn Steed was very attentive and payed attention to what we were looking for in the purchasing process. After the purchase Shawn explained everything about the car and made an easy ride back to BUFFALO,NY. Travis Bush was also very professional, in explaining the financing and warranty process, I would highly recommend The Bidleman GMC Dealership for an enjoyable auto purchasing experience.
Everyone was very helpful. The salesmen went into detail on how to use every feature on my car. Even took the time to show me how to use it. Help me set up the gmc app on my phone. I couldnt be more pleased on how well i was treated.

Having been a long time customer to the Cappellino dealership I can highly recommend this dealership to anyone. The entire staff is attentive from sales, service and collision. The service representatives fully explain any repair and keep an up-to-date service record to insure any recalls are completed.
Disappointed in Service agent who denied me help or instruction on how to reinstall the bed cover on my GMC truck. He said there would be a $55 charge, despite the fact that I purchased the truck from the dealership and that I never received instruction on the cover.
This was 10 minute job to do myself, Unfriendly policy and implementation.
