Al was my salesman. I had trouble getting a loan because of my credit but he worked really hard to take care of it for me. He made me feel very comfortable - never pressured, never rushed! Then he really took his time showing me all the details of the car to make sure I was comfortable driving it away. He made me feel like a family member!
We visited to test drive a used suburban. After the test drive my wife and I weren’t sure that it was exactly what we wanted (nothing wrong with it, just not our ideal car). We told the salesman, Shawn, that we needed to think about it and weren’t ready to make a decision. Based on past experience with other dealerships I was expecting the pressure and sales tactics to start... nope, not with Shawn. Before we left Shawn brought over the GM for the dealership and I thought “here it comes - he’s going to apply the pressure”. Wrong again :) Before we left Shawn asked if he could get us some bottles of water for the ride home. I hope to have an opportunity to buy a vehicle from Pellegrino in the future, as they gave me the best dealership experience I have ever had!
Another enjoyable experience with our recent purchase at Pellegrino Buick GMC, thanks to Lou Cerota. One again, Lou has gone out of his way to make sure our car buying experience was pleasant and hassle free. Lou made sure we understood all functions of the car. We have lost count of the number of cars we have purchased or lease from Lou. Thanks also for his secretary's (Craig) assistance.
The individuals at this dealership both in sales and service always have one thing in mind, the Customer is their main focus, and making you feel happy and resolving whatever need you have is taken care of.
Steve Svarczkopf always knew who I was when I was in for service on my 2013 Enclave and showed me some cars from time to time without being pushy. He was always pleasant and gent manly towards me. The finance manager, Joe , was very thorough without being pushy. I don???t like pushy people. And your service department, in particular Cherry, was always most helpful, pleasant, and very personable. I like how O???Neill???s people do business. And I???d like to also say that if my salesman was tied up with another client, other sales people jumped right in to help me for Steve. The whole crew was the best one could expect.!
I went in expecting to be turned down for a loan. Mark was fantastic, along with everone else who helped me. I left with the perfect car, far above what I had expected, at a price I can afford. This is my 2nd Hyundai and I will never drive anything else. Amazing experience, Mark was informative, patient, kind and so helpful. I will recommend you guys to everyone!

The staff was great. No hard sell. Decide at your own pace. Every thing was easy from looking at inventory to purchasing your automobile. I would definitely recommend.
