They were not the closest Chevrolet dealer to us. We went there because of a great advertised price and a 5 star rating for the dealer. We bought a car then changed our mind because we found a better deal elsewhere. Lenzen located the same vehicle a considerable distance away, matched the price, accommodated a few other wrinkles we presented and couldn't have been nicer through the process. We're driving the exact vehicle we wanted and extremely happy with the price. Mike did a great job explaining the features of the Equinox and making the whole experience stress free. Mike Hellendrug and Jeff Lenzen took care of us extremely well.
Working with Sean was great he was very informative and upfont with everything during the test drive and pulling together the financing. We did not end up purchasing the vehicle but there was never any pressure to purchase.
Have been with Lupient when buying my cards for the last 30 years. It has all changed. There is hardly anyone in the service department. The calls don;t come and when you try to call you get connected to three or four different areas/people....and then get voicemail. In the past when I picked up my car, It was washed and brought around for me. The other day when I picked up my car from being serviced I was handed the keys and told roughly where it would be and to go look for it - get it myself. No wash. No customer service!
9 am service appt that took over 1 hour 20 minutes to complete. They had to simply plug into computer port (in-cab) for engine light check. My opinion - Too long for a 5-10 minute check. After 1 hour I had to see what status was...Last oil change same, slow service...
Sadly another bad service. Had high hopes because my last service was really good. Bad communication (I should say No communication) during the day of what was happening or when to expect my car back. Only called me back after I called later afternoon (3pm) when I dropped my car at 8am. Also service couldn???t get a valet to bring my car around at end of day. Service advisor overheard and went to get when I walked out to get myself which I appreciate. Pulled it around and of course it hadn???t been washed. It???s my assumption when they call to say your car is ready it???s actually ready. Again I don???t go to service for a car wash but it???s something about having pride in the cars coming off their lot I would think they would want to have that shine and good feeling when a customer leaves. But then again given the actions maybe not....
Pete made the car buying process as painless as possible while car shopping with two toddlers. He listened to our needs and directed towards a 2018 Acadia. There was no pressure to make the purchase that day and they gave us a fair price on our trade in. The entire staff treated us like family. I will definitely be choosing Valley Buick GMC for future automotive purchases. I cannot thank them enough.
I actually don't know which Tom I have worked or if I have worked with both. However, everyone there treats you with respect. They also perform the services they are asked to. Nothing more, nothing less. I just do not like the attitude of some (few) of the employees. I also did not appreciate the fact that I was not followed up with when I requested or that when called a voice message is not always left if the call is missed. I also do not like how when a call is returned, the staff members have no idea why they called as if they do not notate our accounts.
Treated fairly and with honesty. No pressure sales. Integrity is important to me and Pete is a man with high integrity. 5th vehicle purchased in 10 years and the experience has not changed. All clear signs this dealership is owned and managed by people that understand the importance of treating their employees and customers well.
Adam, Kristal and the team at Luther Brookdale went the extra mile to make sure my Yukon-Denali purchase was a great one. Orlando Post and Dave Hanson made this entire ordeal nothing short of amazing. I definitely recommend this place. Dave is so patient and hard working I'm pretty sure I called him 1,000 times and he got back to me extremely quick and worked tirelessly make things happen. Also, Orlando's dedication to the job and customer service can't be matched. He's extremely helpful and his willingness to go above and beyond to answer questions take my calls and help set up applecar. These guys are amazing.
This was my second car leased at this dealer (using the same salesman). I didn???t feel pressured to buy and my preferences in a car were followed. I left there feeling I would not hesitate to return to purchase my next vehicle.
