Pape made the process so easy and simple and gave me nice trade in on my 7 year old tacoma. I plan. I have to give the BIGGEST THANK YOU To Larry, Drew and the F&I manager for putting me in a brand new GMC Terrain. My current car broke down and no other dealer could find me the vehicle I wanted or give me a price that would fit my budget. As a single mother of three and a limited amount to spend I was so desperate to find a vehicle quickly. I couldn't imagine having no car for another day. I wasn???t ready to buy anything new yet but getting rear-ended and losing my vehicle made me start looking. After a lot of research and looking online I did find a GMC Canyon that has exactly what I wanted and it was at Hudson???s Buick in Poughkeepsie. Mike Vargas was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. He went out of his way make sure Iwas comfortable with what I was buying (this was replacing a 2003 Dodge Dakota) and explained all features to me. We were also surprised we got a 50??? TV. He even picked me up at the train station the day I was picking up the truck since I had no ride to the dealership. Thanks again! This was an extremely pain free purchasing process. After the purchase (and signing every piece of paper under the sun) he sat with me in the truck to set up the OnStar and reviewed again the features and the remote start, since I never had that before.
