9 am service appt that took over 1 hour 20 minutes to complete. They had to simply plug into computer port (in-cab) for engine light check. My opinion - Too long for a 5-10 minute check. After 1 hour I had to see what status was...Last oil change same, slow service...
Sadly another bad service. Had high hopes because my last service was really good. Bad communication (I should say No communication) during the day of what was happening or when to expect my car back. Only called me back after I called later afternoon (3pm) when I dropped my car at 8am. Also service couldn???t get a valet to bring my car around at end of day. Service advisor overheard and went to get when I walked out to get myself which I appreciate. Pulled it around and of course it hadn???t been washed. It???s my assumption when they call to say your car is ready it???s actually ready. Again I don???t go to service for a car wash but it???s something about having pride in the cars coming off their lot I would think they would want to have that shine and good feeling when a customer leaves. But then again given the actions maybe not....
Pete made the car buying process as painless as possible while car shopping with two toddlers. He listened to our needs and directed towards a 2018 Acadia. There was no pressure to make the purchase that day and they gave us a fair price on our trade in. The entire staff treated us like family. I will definitely be choosing Valley Buick GMC for future automotive purchases. I cannot thank them enough.
I actually don't know which Tom I have worked or if I have worked with both. However, everyone there treats you with respect. They also perform the services they are asked to. Nothing more, nothing less. I just do not like the attitude of some (few) of the employees. I also did not appreciate the fact that I was not followed up with when I requested or that when called a voice message is not always left if the call is missed. I also do not like how when a call is returned, the staff members have no idea why they called as if they do not notate our accounts.
Awesome experience. Jerry Griffis was great to work with.

I was I need of a new vehicle. I called and was greeted by Tim Garrick. Tim was awesome to work with and he put us into the truck we wanted at a very great price. Soon after we purchased the vehicle we had a glitch that made the transmission shutter, (not a drivability issue). I made contact with Tim who immediately put me in touch with Jerry Griffis. Jerry was more than great to work with. He listened to my concerns and had my vehicle picked up at my work place. The vehicle was fixed in a very timely manner and dropped back off at my work. Jerry made certain that he answered all of my questions and did a follow up to make sure the truck was still running properly. I can???t say enough about how great Jerry and Tim were to work with. Thanks guys, you are a testament to how great a business White Bear Lake GMC is.

Cheryl Ruedy could not be more helpful and informative . When you ask questions or need information she goes the extra mile to get the correct answer in the details that you want . She made appointments and planned ahead for a vehicle I had being delivered so that a lot of extras and add-ons all got done in one day . That in itself is a miracle . Oh and she smiles even when giving you bad news. Anyone should enjoy the attention she gives.
I'm so thankful that I got a chance to get my new car from Stillwater motors, it was amazing and perfect company for everybody to get a car from them. They were not the closest Chevrolet dealer to us. We went there because of a great advertised price and a 5 star rating for the dealer. We bought a car then changed our mind because we found a better deal elsewhere. Lenzen located the same vehicle a considerable distance away, matched the price, accommodated a few other wrinkles we presented and couldn't have been nicer through the process. We're driving the exact vehicle we wanted and extremely happy with the price. Mike did a great job explaining the features of the Equinox and making the whole experience stress free. Mike Hellendrug and Jeff Lenzen took care of us extremely well.
