I purchased a 2012 Impala from Ken Houtz Chevy based primarily on the great service department. I have known the service manager for many years and he is one of the best I've had the pleasure to deal with in my 55 years of owning and driving cars. I purchased the extended warranty on the Impala knowing with confidence that the warranty would be honored.
Although I was satisfied with the work done on my vehicle I was disappointed with my interaction with the service staff. Initially Carlos was very positive but things went forward not so much. I have concerns regarding communication between the staff members. When I am quoted one price and upon check out I am told something else, then when I think that the situation is corrected and try to checkout a second time the amount is still not what I was originally quoted. As a customer I should not have to work to get a price honored that I was originally promised. Regardless of the lack of communication between the staff members. I understand that we were customers that were acquired by your purchase of Perry Buick but to be honest this experience was NOT a very good first impression. Hopefully you will do better moving forward. Otherwise I???m going to have to find somewhere else to take my business.

Every six months I always come in for my oil change, filter. They also check the car over and fine other things that need to be done , I have three things that they found and I will be bringing the car in for the service in a few months. They did the things I needed and I was out in one hour. They are a good group of Guys.
