9 am service appt that took over 1 hour 20 minutes to complete. They had to simply plug into computer port (in-cab) for engine light check. My opinion - Too long for a 5-10 minute check. After 1 hour I had to see what status was...Last oil change same, slow service...
I put in an order for a 2018 Toyota Highlander without AWD. It had all the other features I wanted, especially the color and trailer hitch. I thought I could live without AWD. After a few days I called back to cancel and get a refund of my deposit. The salesperson asked why and I told him the car did not have AWD and I decided not to buy because of that. He said ok and forwarded my call to the person who would refund my deposit. I got the refund in 3 days.
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.
I'm so thankful that I got a chance to get my new car from Stillwater motors, it was amazing and perfect company for everybody to get a car from them. I hadn't needed to purchase a car in 9 years - so I wasn't even sure what was 'out there' or what I wanted in a vehicle. Quinn Motors provided me with excellent customer service! Meghan went above and beyond my highest expectations to help me narrow down my search and then find the vehicle I wanted. This took great patience and understanding on her part - which she definitely had. It didn't matter that they didn't have exactly the new/very slightly used vehicle in their inventory that I decided I wanted. She searched their resources until she found an SUV that 100% fit what I wanted. And it was in the price range I wanted to be in. There was never any pressure to up the amount I was willing to spend, which was a real relief for me.
Quinn is a family run business that has been in Ellsworth, WI since 1919 - they don't want to sell you a car that you will later regret buying - they are honest and upfront from the beginning to the end of your search and then purchase of the car that is right for you. I've recommended them to other people in my family and my sister (from the East Side of St. Paul, MN) had the same experience with Quinn. She purchased an older (2008) used car 2 years ago from Quinn and she is still happy with her vehicle and with the customer service she has received from Quinn since then. I give them an A+.

I was I need of a new vehicle. I called and was greeted by Tim Garrick. Tim was awesome to work with and he put us into the truck we wanted at a very great price. Soon after we purchased the vehicle we had a glitch that made the transmission shutter, (not a drivability issue). I made contact with Tim who immediately put me in touch with Jerry Griffis. Jerry was more than great to work with. He listened to my concerns and had my vehicle picked up at my work place. The vehicle was fixed in a very timely manner and dropped back off at my work. Jerry made certain that he answered all of my questions and did a follow up to make sure the truck was still running properly. I can???t say enough about how great Jerry and Tim were to work with. Thanks guys, you are a testament to how great a business White Bear Lake GMC is.
We bought a 2017 Chevy Volt after almost a year of communication with your salesman, Brett Banaszewski. He was very patient with us and we let several opportunities pass us by before we made our purchase. He was clear and accurate about all the characteristics of our used car and the various warranties, etc. He went out of his way to help us find a hard copy of the Owner's Manual. He also volunteered to ask your mechanics for a recommendation for a Duluth Chevy dealer to service our car, since our local Ashland dealer has no one certified to work on hybrid plug-ins. Good work helping us move into the new car future which we should all be considering with the dire freight train of climate change barreling down upon us. Keep buying and pushing those electric cars. We now have solar panels and are working for public charging stations in our area. Had a hard time not jumping right into a Chevy Bolt or Nissan Leaf, but coming from deep rural we felt it was still prudent to buy a hybrid. Thank you. Working with Sean was great he was very informative and upfont with everything during the test drive and pulling together the financing. We did not end up purchasing the vehicle but there was never any pressure to purchase.
