Everything was great with this trip especially the "you're not just a number" treatment! They didn't get it washed (which I wasn't even expecting) before I was there to pick it up so they gave me a car wash voucher to make up for it!

I owned a 2010 full load Buick LaCrosse and enjoyed it so much ,I purchased a 2018 Buick LaCrosse AWD with all the bells and whistles . This car is light years more advanced than my 2010 and the best vehicle I have owned.
Allen was very helpful worked with us very well and he helped me find exactly what I was looking for went out of his way to help make sure I understood every thing about the truck I was looking for

Test driving cars as seniors looking for that perfect last comfort luxury type car - wife found seats a little uncomfortabe in our 2 hour test drive and tho seat went up well for her when she turned her head to look out window for entering highway it caused her head to hit top of window and above. dealership said she should have just used mirrors - that is not always the safest way as that only helps with one lane. Wife likes steering wheel that goes up - not just telescoping out and wheel didn't go up quite as high as she likes.
Good. An appointment was made to address a recall repair. We also had the car serviced as it was getting close to time to do a routine service. Everything was done in a timely manner and everybody we were in contact with very professional and courteous.
I went to Harry Browns Looking for a used Vehicle for my wife . Her Old 2004 Chevrolet Impala, has some major Transmission trouble and a 152,000 miles on it so I felt it was time to replace. I first seen 2017 Chevrolet Impala off Cars .Com at Harry Browns. I had heard many good comments from friends and co workers about Harry Browns so decided that's were I would start my Car search. Well I set up an appointment and then went to see what I could find if anything. Well as I entered the building I was greeted by one of there Employees asking if they could help me and I said I was here to see Chad , and was told he would be right with me and to have a seat. They the Employee offered me Coffee Or a Bottle water which I declined. With in 5 minutes Chad came out and visited with me Explaining he was the Sales Manager and welcome me to Harry Browns. He spent a little time with me explaining what to expect on this visit and that my time with them was of the highest priority . He then Introduce me to Product Specialist name Brandon Vance. And said he would take me out and look at some vehicles and test drive them and answer any question I may have. Well as I spent time with Brandon, him and I talked quite a bit about the types of Vehicles and what to expect. As I mention Earlier I originally went there thinking I wanted an another Impala for my wife but as I test drove the different Vehicles I found out a lot about Chevy Equinox which I determined would be a better replacement for my wife. I then ask Brian if I could drive the car to Pick -up My Wife and see what she thought. Upon returning with her it was decided we would go ahead and purchased the Equinox. From there Brandon, Took us through the process of purchasing that vehicle and once all the paper work was done he spent Quality Time with my Wife and I explaining all the different features of the vehicle we purchased. Keeping in mind we are both in our late 60`s and are not very computer savvy. Well in the end we both left with our New Car very well satisfied. I have to give everyone we dealt with at Harry Browns a big Thank You ! And A special thanks to the Excellent Job Brandon Vance , did for us. We would diffently Buy another Vehicle from them in the future and highly recommend them to everyone we know. Again GREAT EXPERIENCE!
We bought a 2017 Chevy Volt after almost a year of communication with your salesman, Brett Banaszewski. He was very patient with us and we let several opportunities pass us by before we made our purchase. He was clear and accurate about all the characteristics of our used car and the various warranties, etc. He went out of his way to help us find a hard copy of the Owner's Manual. He also volunteered to ask your mechanics for a recommendation for a Duluth Chevy dealer to service our car, since our local Ashland dealer has no one certified to work on hybrid plug-ins. Good work helping us move into the new car future which we should all be considering with the dire freight train of climate change barreling down upon us. Keep buying and pushing those electric cars. We now have solar panels and are working for public charging stations in our area. Had a hard time not jumping right into a Chevy Bolt or Nissan Leaf, but coming from deep rural we felt it was still prudent to buy a hybrid. Thank you. We purchased this car 3 weeks ago and could not be happier with it. We bought the Avenir trim level which is the "Denali" version from Buick. Wow what a car. Comfort is out of this world and the backseat will cradle you to sleep. But as soon as you push the accelerator, you won't be a sleep anymore. 310hp comes to life and away you go. It is amazing to be traveling down the highway at 80mph and see the tach at only 1700rpm. That's a 9 speed transmission at work. The interior is beautiful and when the guy in the parking lot sees it, stops and says now that is one fine looking car, I agree.
I had been shopping around looking for the best deal on a 2018 or 2019 GMC Terrain. Steve was the only salesman who took the time to look at all the different Terrains and the only one who understood my crazy schedule. He even stayed after hours for me! He is very personable and honest. My husband and I have found our lifelong car salesman I will never go anywhere else! Steve really is a great guy and works for the customer. He even took time out to show me every detail of how to work all of the buttons and electronics in the car and made sure I had everything set up before I left.

Body styling, interior comfort, jam-packed features make this a good buy in a time at which SUVs are taking over the market. I was an Enclave owner and hope to go back to it someday but the Buick Lacrosse is a nice change of pace.
We just leased a new Buck Envision. Each department was very attentive , knowledgeable, and thorough as we moved though the process of leasing our car. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend Eric Von Schledorn as the place to purchase a new car.

Very classy car with beautiful curb appeal. I love the colours of the interior and paint I ordered. Great gas mileage with E-Assist. This car meets my expectations and I hope to
own it for many years. I really enjoy having for the first time leather seats and Climate
Control in my car. I highly recommend my Lacrosse to everyone to buy.
Having been to a few other Chevy Dealers it seemed to me the Chevy Volt was not that popular of a car and the salesmen did not know a lot about them. So I decided to try the Costco route. Costco sent me to Eric Von Schledorn in Saukville, 77 miles away for me. There I meet Randy Mickelson who seemed quite knowledgeable about the Chevy Volt. He answered all my questions and made the whole buying experience a good one.
Great experience. Extreamly easy to make the appointment and they got my truck in right away.

Just purchased it few days ago and just love driving this car. Test drove ES 350 and Genesis and they are not even close in comfort to this vehicle. If you owned Cadillacs or Buicks in the past you will love this car.
Great dealership to work with. I found the HHR on the internet,called and worked a deal before I even went to look at. I live about 150 + miles away. The dealership was upfront on everything they said about the car, and was very easy to work with over the phone and in person. One of the best experience I had in car buying. All dealerships should be like this.

It has a mind of its own. As you lift off the gas to coast to a stop, it decides to slow down more than expected (transmission?), in an inconsistent way and when you apply the breaks, it speeds up for a fraction of a second before decelerating and coming to a stop. Then the ending stops, which shakes the car, then 15 second later, as the battery voltage drops, the engine starts again, which shakes the car again. So it jerky and uncomfortable at low speeds.
I dealt with Joe Maloney. Excellant quality service and a genuine desire to squire my business. I was coming off surgery and was unable to get into the dealership. We handled 95% via email. When I was able to drive we completed the process in 2 days. I am now driving my new Malibu and thanks to Joe could not be happier.

First, the automatic stop is a pain and can be dangerous if have to move quickly; does not need an eight speed transmission -- does little to save gas and gives a jerky ride as it tries to shift. Others: back seat warning cannot be shut off even though there is a setting for that; heat/air does not work as well as my 2005 Park Avenue!
This is the best dealer I have ever been too! I always stress out so much while shopping for cars. I am in sales, so I know how things work. This makes it even harder for me to be in a high pressure sales environment. My husband and I went to Buick expecting to be stressed out. But let me say, our experience was AMAZING!!!! They were able to do things other dealers couldn't do, as far as a trade in is concerned. Got me into the car I wanted. Broke down all the numbers for us, and showed us the break down. Explained it all in detail. Needless to say, I drove away in an amazing vehicle, at an excellent price. And within a week my husband went back and got himself a vehicle as well! Jerry is the GM there and let me tell you, I will recommend him to anyone I run into looking for a car! We also did business with Layla and John! What amazing people. What an amazing experience! I will never ever purchase anywhere else!

I like the looks,comfort of the 2018 LaCrosse also like the Buick Envision it is a smart medium size SUV both vehicles are under serious chance to start a purchase process. I could recommend these vehicles to my friends and family
