Shannon was great. He calmed my nerves, set me up with exactly what I needed within my budget. I didnt even realize it until Thanksgiving day but I gained an additional seat in my third row that my previous SUV did not have. Service all the way around was wonderful from the time the service guys intercepted me, until I was driving off in my new car. It was a scary situation I had on the high way with my power steering and rack and pinion going completely out. The service guys calmed me down and entertained my boys. I appreciate all that was done for me. Everyone was great!

Everyone I dealt with on this lot was very helpful. I fully appreciated the effort Ron put in to find me the car I wanted. Nick, in sales, was also very helpful and made the hand off of the car a very pleasant experience. Joe, who worked with us in financing the car, made a normally tedious experience a pleasure. We highly recommend Auto Park Ford! Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful! Our salesman Don was amazing! He was wonderful with our sons and made the purchasing of our vehicle quick and easy! He didn't pressure us in any way like a lot of salespeople do which was much appreciated!! The dealership is so clean and very welcoming with their great waiting area equipped with a television and kids table with plenty of toys for the kids to play with! The sales manager we had (Andrew) was wonderful too and great with our boys! We felt right at ease making a big purchase of a new vehicle!! Very soon after I sent an inquiry on Cars.com Jason sent a personalized video of the car. We were able to meet with Jason a couple of days later and purchased the car. I would highly recommend this dealership and especially Jason Alt.
Justin fits the role of an automobile advisor, not what we typically think of when we think car salesman. He is a straight shooter and open and honest hroughout the whole car buying process. We never felt pressured, we felt supported through our decision. He spent hours with us explaining the leasing versus buying and never once did we feel rushed or an inconvenience. Then after we purschssed the car he took a great deal of time going through all the features of the Jeep. He also assured us that he wasn???t just our advisor through this purchase, but also throughout the entire time we have the vehicle until our purchase. We???ve owned the car for 5 days and we know for sure we our Jeep owners and customers of Justin???s for life.

Wow I had gone to another dealership and got treat so wrong. Found this dealer and amazing Matt treated us so well and they made what I could afford worked. Plus side free car washes. Would recommend 100%.
Every time I go there it takes more time than it needs to. Next time I need to take my pillow and blanket. Oil change one hour and forty five min. People walking around not doing anything and you ask a question and they have to finish their drink first. I have been there 4 times and I always hope it gets better. I will try to find somewhere else next time. I have had surgeries that took less time.
The follow up emails and calls after my inquiry were perfect balanced between informational without being "pushy". They even called to let me know the car had sold (which was great as I live a couple hours away) but that they had a similar one in stock and sent me details. I had two brother in laws helping me with my search and this dealership impressed all three of us!!
I purchased an Acura TSX at Kelley Superstore and walked away extremely satisfied with the Customer Service. I felt that the deal was fair. My salesman, Doug Butler, was friendly and made the car buying process easy. During the test drive, I noticed the car pulling to the left. As part of the deal, Doug ensured that he would have the issue resolved. Doug worked hard to have the problem diagnosed and ultimately resolved in a timely manner. His dedication to customer service went far beyond handing me the keys to the car. I appreciate the way he does business and would recommend visiting him at Kelley Superstore.
I bought a 2016 Ford F-150 from Jim Schmitz back in early July. I recently had the brakes replaced with new rotors and had to work done by my mechanic in the town that I live in. I contacted Jim Schmidt about this problem and they have taken care of over half of the bill or paying for the parts and they realized it was a mistake on their part work should have been done originally and they made it right with me I am writing this review into cancel out the other two because they came forward and made it right with the customer( myself).
