I call for an appointment on 29th knows met by your salesperson by the name of David Maxson. He brought us into his area and began working on our requests for a 2018 Dodge Ram 1500. He was friendly, kind and very talkative which was enjoyed.
My wife and I stopped by to check the new inventory of GMC trucks and saw a 2018 Sierra that was what we were interested in and spoke with David French who showed us the truck. After a test drive we returned with our truck that we were interested in trading in for the 2018 GMC and had ask them to make us an offer. Within minutes we reached a fair and reasonable offer. Our experience with David and the entire Vann York group was fair, fast and professional.
The best car buying experience I have ever had. Steve Lynn respected my budget, learned my needs and wants, and found me the perfect car which also was certified. PLUS Flow offers an additional limited warranty at no extra charge. Took the worry out of choosing a car. I am pleased with the entire experience. They will go out of their way to make sure you find the car you want and it meets your expectations before driving it home.
I shopped for 5 months and I finally bought a certified 2016 Equinox from Steve Lynn because he was professional and treated me like a person.
He knew all about the SUV and checked and fixed all my concerns. He also took time out of his busy schedule to personally deliver my car to me when I was in a tough spot with my busy schedule.

Called about a Equinox for my mom. Aron took my questions and said he would have Dean (the sales manager) call me back. To my surprise, less than 5 minutes had passed before Dean did call me back. He spent about 20 minutes on the phone with me answering questions, worked up a price, and emailed it to me. The price was easily the best quote I had received from over 6 different dealers. Mom ended up going with a different manufacturer and model, but I know when its time for a new truck who I am going to call 1st. Very easy people to deal with. Great service!

I was very pleased with the excellent customer service I was given. Amanda was a Awesome adviser . I felt like she really cared about our concerns and was very open about ways we could finance.

Working with this dealership was a pleasure. I had a special circumstance and they were able to work with me to achieve a great deal with me. Much thanks and I would highly recommend this dealership for new or used cars. I worked with mike mattocks and he was very professional and had excellent knowledge of my vehicle. Two thumbs up for sure!
When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Jason Tate who was just finishing up with another customer. He was good and he was thorough. He was also probably juggling 3,4 customer at a time so there were some lulls and waits. Overall decent experience.
I did get the car I wanted but there was little budging on the price. Paid around $700-$1000 above the NADA suggested retail for the vehicle in excellent shape.
Also beware, their doc fee is $599. Around $200-$300 more than some of the other dealers I went to see. And there is no budging on that either. They were adament about that as well.
It appeared they had a very good inventory of vehicles and a wide variety of them too.
Went in for an oil change on my vehicle. While waiting for the service to be completed; I walked around the new pickup truck lot. I like a particular Colorado pickup truck. Dan Nelson was the salesman that I worked with on the purchasing the truck. He listened to my concerns and helped me worked thru several issues. We did arrive at a price that I could accept and I purchased the truck that same day.
The people were quite friendly towards me. That Chevy dealership was on of the larger ones I have seen and the facility was in great shape.
