I have nothing but good things to say about them and there business model. I got a great deal, great service, and when I said I did not want a extra that they offered it was no problem.

This car looks good but I have had the car sensor replaced twice in less than 2 years. They replaced 3 belts my timing belt, serpentine belt and I can’t recall the other. Now I don’t have oil light on but it’s consuming oil. Looked at the recall and they know it burns oil but don’t want to fix the problem because. It’s costly. So I have 3 years left on a car that I might have to replace the engine on. The dip stick is dry and I don’t see where the oil is going to, it doesn’t smoke like typical oil burning in the exhaust and I don’t see it leaking on the ground. Very very disappointed and would never buy another Buick period!
Connors is extremely friendly and helpful. Very informative and polite. Used Salesman Tommie Krysa is one of the nicest and polite salesman you’ll ever meet. Recently purchased a vehicle from him 6 months ago, just referred Neighbors to him who also bought from him, and am currently looking into purchasing from him again. Connors staff is very friendly and courteous, making you want to go there for your next vehicle. More dealerships need to be like Connors.

One fantastic car and a true pleasure to own! I cannot add much more to the previous reviews I submitted but from my nearly 4 year ownership of this car I can say that this Lacrosse has solidly sold me on Buick. Other than GM's recommended scheduled maintenance there have been no other services needed---that's it ---no other. My Lacrosse is still getting approximately 23 MPG (again, city driving mostly with very few highway trips needed) using 89 octane from the companies' formulas recommended in the owner's manual, performance from the 6 cylinder engine is like new, no irritating quirks/sounds that one begins to notice after a period of ownership and as recently as this past week the car is still getting compliments on its looks---from passersby. (I'm sure that detailing it twice a year and frequent washes help.)
It is worthy that I mention, again, it still feels solid and handles like new!I am looking forward to many more years of satisfying ownership with this LaCrosse but when it comes time to trade Buick is my choice.
Purchasing the Buick LaCrosse was one of the best auto purchasing choices I made.
Dropped of my vehicle for service and a particular suv caught my attention very friendly sales people with a no pressure approach highly recommend saures and there staff i woiluld buy another vehicle in the near future from them again

Body styling, interior comfort, jam-packed features make this a good buy in a time at which SUVs are taking over the market. I was an Enclave owner and hope to go back to it someday but the Buick Lacrosse is a nice change of pace.
Shopped for an SUV and found an excellent used car. No complaints and have had nothing but regular repairs. Buying process was fast and easy.

I bought this car due to the reviews and reports on its reliability, as well as the fact that it is a Union built vehicle. So far it has lived up to all of my expectations. It has great power, with the V6 engine. IT handles great, and looks great.
Once you walk into the showroom floor you are going to LOVE IT! Not only do they have top notch cars, the buying experience is also great! They have a large selection of beautiful cars with low miles. There is no pressure to purchase a vehicle. Joel was fantastic to work with while purchasing our vehicle. This is a family owned business and first class people. I would definitely purchase again from Jabaay Motors!

This car met all my needs. I fell in love with the interior. It rides very smooth. I feel comfortable driving it, there’s enough leg room.
Beautiful large indoor showroom. Have bought many new high end cars and the overall experience was never as good as with this used car specialist dealer.
Joel was very professional, helpful, and the purchase process once my decision was made has never been smoother.

This car has every option I ever need, plus more than that. I don't need to put the seat so close to the steering wheel to see over the front end, as I've done in other cars. Because of that, the ride is very comfortable. It rides like a champ.
Scheduled a Saturday appointment to have my vehicle serviced and I called the day before on Friday because I decided Friday worked better for my schedule. Nick received my call and told me to come right in. He reviewed my request, serviced the vehicle, updated the factory recalls and kept me updated on the process. Fixed some door trim by hand and just took care of my vehicle. He was proficient and professional and treated me like a superstar! Most importantly I felt like a valued customer and I felt like he appreciated my business.

This car has met all my needs - and is definitely a luxury car. I got all the bells and whistles - and paid dearly for them. :-) It seems a little noisier than my last car (that I too loved - 2011 Azzera) - but still quite a car!!
Castle Subaru always seems to go above and beyond in service. They are courteous, professional, and very efficient. I always have a great experience with them.

This is the best car I have ever owned I absolutely love the 2010 to 2016 model Buick LaCrosse they are worth every penny. I have owned and drove many different kinds of cars and I have to say Buick LaCrosse is my all time #1 favorite

I am 49 and have owned many cars. This is my first Buick. I have the Buick premium 2 which means I have every available option except for AWD. In short, this Buick is an extraordinary automotomible and offers the best of what GM has to give at the moment.
My Buick is outfitted with Magnetic Ride suspension something that GM only uses in its high end models. Not all 2015 Buicks have this suspension as 20 inch tires and I believe the Premium 2 package is needed. I would not have purchased this car with the Magnetic ride. The Magnetic ride suspension rivals the best suspensions of Mercedes and Audi. This particular suspension uses heated coils to create a phenomenal ride that constantly monitors the road for imperfections and bad pavement issues.
In addition to the exceptional ride, the car is very quiet, quieter even than the Cadillac XTS, the car that shares the same platform as the Buick Lacrosse. My Lacrosse has the upgrade 11 speaker Bose sound system, upgraded leather and a panoramic roof. It also have navigation( the screen is plush but very slow to respond)
I know that the Lacrosse does not sell well in the States but does sell very well in China. Have no idea what Buick spent to develop this car, but I know it must have been a great deal. It’s to bad that so few people have purchased this car as they are missing out on what is one the best automobiles on the road today.
Great accommodations, caring personnel, competent skilled technicians, timely repairs, and fair pricing. Can't be beat in this area.

I owned a 2010 full load Buick LaCrosse and enjoyed it so much ,I purchased a 2018 Buick LaCrosse AWD with all the bells and whistles . This car is light years more advanced than my 2010 and the best vehicle I have owned.

We purchased this car 3 weeks ago and could not be happier with it. We bought the Avenir trim level which is the "Denali" version from Buick. Wow what a car. Comfort is out of this world and the backseat will cradle you to sleep. But as soon as you push the accelerator, you won't be a sleep anymore. 310hp comes to life and away you go. It is amazing to be traveling down the highway at 80mph and see the tach at only 1700rpm. That's a 9 speed transmission at work. The interior is beautiful and when the guy in the parking lot sees it, stops and says now that is one fine looking car, I agree.
I was currently in the market for a new truck and Schepel had just what i wanted but pricing was fluctuating due to rebates. Everything aligned and truck was right were i wanted it so i pulled the trigger. Steve and Bill were great and gave me what i wanted for my trade and got me in the new truck. My wife, toddler, and 2 month old tagged along that day and they did what they could to make the process as streamline as possible. I would definenitely recommend Schepel to others and will continue business here!

Test driving cars as seniors looking for that perfect last comfort luxury type car - wife found seats a little uncomfortabe in our 2 hour test drive and tho seat went up well for her when she turned her head to look out window for entering highway it caused her head to hit top of window and above. dealership said she should have just used mirrors - that is not always the safest way as that only helps with one lane. Wife likes steering wheel that goes up - not just telescoping out and wheel didn't go up quite as high as she likes.

No wonder this Buick has had overall excellent ratings. It is a beautiful, comfortable automobile with plenty of performance. No, it is not a Mercedes or BMW but then, it is $30,000 less and in our opinion better looking.
In the 2 years that we have owned our Buick it has only been to the dealer for oil changes. We have averaged over 20 mpg with mostly city and expressway driving and over 28 mpg highway with the 3.6 V6.

Very good experience in purchasing my 2006 GMC Sierra on 5/25/18 from Sauer's GMC. Tim, the salesman along with the business manager, who wrote up the purchase did a good job. Also very nice of dealership and service manager to lend me a towing hitch for my truck, since could not remove old insert on my traded truck. Was in a real bind otherwise because of scheduled camping trip for the Memorial Day weekend.

I purchased my 2016 Buick Lacrosse December 2016. However, on August 22, 2018, not even two years that I have my car there was a problem with the transmission. I had to have it towed to the dealer and their analysis was "the transmission and the car would not even go in reverse. This happened while I was driving on a major street, alone and very scared and upset. I contacted GMC to request that they compensate me for my inconvenience. However, they contacted the dealer and essentially, I was told there was nothing they would do. I explained that I did not feel safe driving a car that is not two years old that has had transmission problems. After they kept the car for week/half I drove the car and it skipped again. Took it back to dealer and service manager drove it but it did not skip on him (doctor in). I have been driving buicks for over 30 years and I am thoroughly disappointed with GMC. I cannot keep paying a car note for a car that has transmission issues before it is even two years old and GMC will not give me any kind of compensation. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH GMC EVER AGAIN. I WILL HAVE TO TAKE FURTHER STEPS. WHAT DO THEY DO, WAIT UNTIL SOMETHING DRASTIC HAPPENS????
Our experience was very pleasant. Brent sharp was very nice to work with. He made the whole experience delightful. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from here in the past couple years.

Original owner and now have 134K miles on the car since 2011. Only problems have been a water pump that started leaking under warranty; vapor canister purge valve solenoid (easy fix); and a dead OnStar emergency battery pack. Otherwise the car has been bulletproof. I've replaced the battery and tires twice each. This is an extremely smooth riding and quiet car with a ton of features that were only available on much more expensive cars. I test drove the ES350, Maxima, and Infiniti G37 but kept coming back to the Lacrosse. What I got for the money was a tremendous value and I couldn't pass it up. The acceleration and handling with the V6 on the CXL are very good. I commute 104 miles a day round trip (mostly 75 mph highway) and average 22.3 mpg combined city/hwy. If you're looking for a reliable, very comfortable car that still looks good and your ego allows you to forego the cachet of the more expensive luxury brands, you won't be disappointed with a Lacrosse!
