EXCEEDS CUSTOMER SATISFACTION EXPECTATIONS

I have been a long-time repeat customer at the Griffin dealership for many years. I would not trust my Cadillac to anyone else. The Service Personnel, including Carly Brown and Joseph Carini, are the best to work with. They are true professionals and exceed customer satisfaction expectations in each and every way possible. They are definite assets to the Griffin experience. I had some warranty work done on my car, and I added the full service wash and wax to that, knowing that the car would be there a day or two. When I picked up my car, it looked like the day I originally purchased it. "Derrick" had washed and waxed and buffed and shampooed that car back to its original condition. He is also a wonderful asset to the Griffin dealership. I cannot say enough good things about my experience at the Griffin dealership. I always feel like family and they truly care about keeping a satisfied customer. I am a repeat customer there, including routine oil changes, set of tires, etc. I say a big THANK YOU" to all of the Griffin employees who worked on my car. I am truly a satisfied customer; and, again, all of you have exceeded customer satisfaction expectations. It is a pleasure doing business with Griffin. Please let Carly, Joseph, Derrick and all who worked on my car that it truly was a job well done! They get it right the first time.
