Never thought I would buy a pre-owned Ford F-150 from a Porsche dealership, but I did! Chris Allen went out of his way to accommodate my schedule. The vehicle was nicer than comparable ones I looked checked out at other Ford stores. I was a little apprehensive about going in the Porsche store to buy a $30K truck but everyone there made me feel welcome and pleased I was buying this vehicle. Suzanne in the business office had everything ready to go and I was on my way in no time. They don't keep many pre-owned off brands on the lot, only the best ones! Worth checking out for sure! Had a fantastic experience here. Mark Rogers helped us find what we were looking for at a price that was just right. He knew all the offers and rebates we qualified for and made sure we took advantage of every incentive GM had to offer. There was no pressure, no tricks, just nice conversation and just the right truck for our family. Our trade was valued fairly and to our expectations. Overall the experience was outstanding.

I've always hated dealerships for service because they force you to deal with a pushy, unkowledgeable salesperson instead of a mechanic. Not only did Veterans Ford not try and up-sell me every stupid, useless service imaginable, they were perfectly ok when I said I wanted to wait on certain services. Huh? It's like the Narnia of dealership service departments. They also seemed knowledgeable and happy to be working there. My first trip I was confused because I was treated like a human being, you could have conversations with them instead of just them talking at you. Sadly my car was totaled and my needs have changed (minivan), so I went with a Honda. I have a service contract with it, or else I would have no problem bringing it to Veterans Ford for service.

I came into Infiniti of Clarendon Hills looking for something new, and a break from the Lexuses and Acura???s I had previously driven. I met Bill who showed me the new QX50. It looked good, drove great, and has the most comfortable drivers seat I???ve come across. Bill is a pro who helped me get a good deal on a brand new vehicle. I???ve bought over 40 cars for family over the last 35 years, I???d recommend the QX 50 and Bill highly.
Usually, I do not enjoy the customer service I experience with this dealership. However, during my last experience, the service was amazing. I hit a deer and the shop got me in as soon as possible. The drop off was amazing. When picking my vehicle up, they were so nice. I called and told them the time I was able to pick up the car, and they moved my pick up time by 4 hours! I was so happy! Then when I picked up my car, they were all ready with the keys, and it took only 5 mins! When I went to my car, it was so beautiful! They had washed the car, and the work was amazing! It almost looked brand new! They also cleaned the inside for me! I was so happy with this experience and I hope my experiences in the future are just as good!
We had very good service for our Honda Accord last Friday ! Harold took very good care of my car. We are glad we drive this 10 year old car and enjoy all our journeys. Whenever we have a problem we get good service from Miller Honda. Time to get on the road! Thank you Miller Honda!

Front bearing went out on vehicle. $700.00 to replace at Chevy in Cook, MN. This was nearly twice the amount I paid to have other bearing replaced 1 yr previous in Forest Lake, MN. In fact, mechanic recommended I replace "that" bearing too until I informed him it had been replaced. No other options available within miles. FYI: 1st place I serviced our vehicle that would not recognize veterans service with a discount - even at their inflated price.

The people there were very helpful and none of them were pushy like they are at other dealerships. I didn't feel pressured into buying anything I didn't want. They were also very accommodating when I needed a ride there to pick up my vehicle.
