Well you get lots of help when you're looking to buy...get car home find things that don't work, contact your salesman by phone and email get no response. you would think that they would make sure everything was working before they put the car on the lot

Runs and drives great. I'm under six feet and weigh 190, and the interior is still cramped for me. I've tried all of the driver's seat positions but it's still not as good as it could be.
I worked with Jeremy M. He was super helpful and attentive. I was very pleased with the overall experience. I would recommend anyone to see him for their next purchase.

Traded in my 2015 Chevy Equinox for my Buick, what a difference, the power and handling of this car is awesome, i have not had this much fun since i was 16 driving my 1981 Mazda RX-7, you get a lot for the money, with discounts i paid $26000. Not sure of the newer models of the Regal but i love my 2016
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

Drives and Rides very smooth and comfortable. Beautiful exterior/interior. This vehicle has all the bell and whistles where technology is concerned. I would highly recommend others to purchase a Buick Regal.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Back in October I had test drove a 2016 Buick Regal the people at the dealer or very pleasant com and willing to help and answer any questions I had this was a great buying experience aside from getting the car I've always wanted have always liked Buicks my whole life glad I made the decision to go with cars.com for my new vehicle purchase
It was nice to get beyond the dickering that one is always subjected to from car salespeople. Buying from the comfort of home was nice.

Years ago I had numerous Regals and loved them all. I Almost bought the Grand National, but I settled on my White Regal. Had a T-top that I liked, chrome rims. I had a couple of other cars but when I saw this Regal, I said to myself It's mine LOL
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.

I was originally looking for something a little bigger. If I had a complaint, it would be rear seat headroom. Other than that, the car offers huge value in my mind. Great features, comfort and style. Love the turbo engine. Technology is a big upgrade from my former car.
Vroom has excellent customer service and follow-through. My process had complications and Vroom worked with me to make it right. I will definitely purchase from Vroom again.

This car has a lot of great features. The council and the steering wheel controls are laid out very nicely. I drive a lot everyday and it is a great ride with good acceleration. The only thing I wish it improved on was the gas mileage, but the comfort and ride of the car makes up for it.

The features, particularly the technology was impressive given the model I purchased was not the Premium package. The turbo has great acceleration, the ride is smooth and quiet. As I shopped for other cars, I feel I got a lot for the money with the Regal.
