My husband & I had been looking for a SUV and saw a Chevy Tahoe at Xtreme on a Sunday afternoon. I had sent a email requesting more information and heard back first thing Monday morning. Our questions were answered and we set up a time to test drive. While we were there we noticed one spot that we asked about. With not hesitation Laura said they could get it into the body shop to be corrected either before we picked it up or they could schedule something later if we wanted to take it home sooner. I was working out of town for work so they ended up getting it into the body shop the next day. While I was out of town I was sent pictures of the body work and we picked it up that weekend! It's the perfect vehicle and the process was seamless! We will definitely be recommending Xtreme to family & friends! :)

Absolutely the very best, most awesome, buying experience on the planet, EVER! These folks know how to let the process breathe...no PUSH, no PULL, NO BULL. Our sales guy Nick is as professional as they come without being a "salesman", very relate-able and honest. Understand we were out and about doing some Black Friday shopping without really needing anything. We stopped in to do a few test drives as this dealership had all 3 sedans we were considering (Cadillac, Lincoln and Buick) to purchase NEXT YEAR, not this year. After looking they didn't have (on the lot) the Buick LaCrosse with the large moonroof or sunroof...which ever its called. Nick said they had one in the wash bay.....BOOM...test drive done!!! My husband and I love this vehicle and were extremely excited that we made an offer and it was done!! Their finance guy Alex is the ONLY finance guy you will ever want to work on your half in these situations....totally and completely painless!! This was my first visit to this dealership so I wasn't sure what to expect. I was introduced to my salesman James Stevens who made me feel at ease with his low pressure approach. We arrived at what I considered a fair price on both the sale and my trade-in. I had a misunderstanding about some aspects of the closing but Scott Baker stepped in and made sure I fully understood the process which then proceeded to my complete satisfaction. Beautiful dealership with lots to choose from. I would be happy to do business with them again.
