We had an excellent experience at Green Buick GMC. Glenn Baker gave us an exceptional experience and amazing customer service. If you are in the market I definitely would recommend this dealership more importantly I would recommend Glenn.
While a purchase was not made, The sales person we met with was a pleasant change from other dealership sales associates we have encountered. There was absolutely no pressure or pushiness to buy a vehicle. He listened to us, was attentive and very knowledgeable. If they find the right vehicle for us, we will most certainly purchase from McLaughlin Motors.
I expected a higher standard from a Cadillac dealership...

I recently found a beautiful ctsv Cadillac here. I live in southern Indiana, so I had to fly up and get it. On the test drive I noticed a knocking sound from one of the tires. The salesman, kris, informed me it had new brakes, and that was probably the source of the knocking. He assured me it passed the shops checklist to sell, and that it had new brakes and tires. He tried to sell me on the fact it was a brake getting ???broken in??? I explained to him that I had a 6 hour drive home and that I would have it checked out when I arrived home, when it was checked I found that it was a couple hundred dollars worth of repair. Not a huge expense, but aggravating that it was an issue that passed their inspection and now the salesman/dealership won???t claim the issue was there when he sold me the car. I expect a Cadillac dealer to be held to a higher standard... If they respond to this review, and the situation changes, I will let you all know.
I recently went in to get my vehicle repaired after the service light came on in my car. They diagnosed the problem and assured me that the was the cause of the problems I was having with the vehicle. The cost came out to about $850 dollars and they assured me that this broken part was what was causing the issues. I had it replaced and a week later I’m having the same problems. I will be going in again to have it looked at but I feel that this is the responsibility of the repairmen as they assured me that the problem would be fixed. $800 dollars is a lot to pay for no improvement in my vehicle.
Experienced and friendly staff. Large dealership, but very customer oriented. Provided transportation home while car was being worked on. Coffee and donuts were an early morning treat.
