Looked at a used Envoy XUV which was priced reasonably but for good reason. Most of the key systems were out of working order (liftgate, key fob, tailgate, roof, radio screen). No worries, it’s a used car and it happens however I recontacted the salesman about another suv on the lot and got no response. I ended up purchasing a new GMC Terrain elsewhere. Farther away but more engaged. Your facility and lot was very nice tho. Kudos on that
We do not buy our vehicles from power but we always have them serviced there. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. We have been going there for years and we always ask for James. Other people have come and gone in the service department but we can always depend upon James.
Our salesman-Kyle Buxman, Was great He answered all our questions and did such a gread job showing and explaining everything about what ever car we were trying out. With all the great feasure of the 2018 Chevy Equinox. He is very knowegble about the differnt models. Very friendly. It was a pleasure meeting him and doing
business with him. We look forward to seeing him again.
The dealership was very responsive in reaching out to me about a used car I had inquired about. They set up a time to come see the vehicle the next day and were very flexible in seeing me close to closing time. Overall the dealership was ok, but the used car building definitely was not as nice as the Buick GMC dealership building. Overall they were quick with responses and although I didn't buy a car through them, they assisted me well in all my questions.
THIS DEALERSHIP IS VERY GOOD. NO PRESSURE, THE SALES AND MANAGEMENT HAD ONE INTENTION... TO FIND ME THE TRUCK THAT WOULD FIT MY NEEDS AT A VERY GOOD PRICE.
EVERY PERSON THAT I MET IN THE PROCESS WAS PERSONABLE AND PLEASANT.
I'D RECOMMEND ANYONE LOOKING FOR A VEHICLE TO VISIT THESE CATS.

I had an emergency repair on the driver's side door handle. It had broken as I tried to enter the car in the morning. I drove to the dealership and found them 'swamped' with a very very busy day. None-the-less, John Camaneti, as usual, worked some service department magic and got the car repaired in a couple of hours. Great job to John and all the folks at Sim's Buick. I also noticed that they worked with every customer who was there, not shorting anyone because of my emergency. They are a great team!
