I feel I was treated fair. They listened to what I had to say and I feel I was dealt with honestly. I did not buy the vehicle I have now from Wilkin’s but I will consider buying my next vehicle from them.I would recommend this dealership to a friend.
Excellent, friendly service. I have never visited this dealership before. They worked on my vehicle immediately, and performed the repair the first time. I would reccomend this dealership for vehicle service.

Ok so...I had posted a post before this one bad things about the dealership out of anger because they have some new female service tech working their that's still learning on how to look out for customers that been coming their for over 10 years now and still counting because it is a good dealership and one of thee best Dealerships out their. Ive talked to the owner (Mr.Wilkinks ) on the phone about the same problem and next thing you know he walks around and bam 1 day later my car is brand new,fresh! Clean inside and out and I've gotten a discount my reason why I will continue to do business with them, Any time the owner takes time out to listen to the customers I Respect that ✊ post before this one won't let me delete it if i could I would but this is an update Thanks Mr.Wilkins
Odd/interesting that I called the local Subaru dealership to ask about a MD state inspection for MVA and they instructed me to go to the Buick side of the dealership. No worries though, everything went smoothly and I received email confirmation of the results.
Loved my sales rep. Most pressure you big time to buy. She did not. She answered all my questions, but did not make me feel like I had to buy the car or else as every other dealer I visited did. For that was the main reason I purchased my car there, and I would go back in a heartbeat to get another car in the future.
I brought my vehicle in for a repair and I was pleased with the courtesy and friendliness the service staff accorded me. I felt like I was being taken care of and that my problem was being resolved. During my wait the service advisor made sure I was apprised of the work being done and also future concerns. The whole start-to-finish process was a delight and I will make sure I continue to give this dealership future business. The mechanic did an excellent job on the repair as well. Very happy overall!

This is a dealership with professional business people. I was very pleasantly surprised. My entire car buying experience went very smoothly. I am very pleased that I chose this dealership to get my Outback . Both the General Manager Greg Lewis and the sales person James Richards were exceptional.
We came in on Sunday afternoon, knowing which car we wanted to buy. Mr. Jay had us test drive the car, calmly and clearly presented various options, and had us out of the store with our new car within a few hours. The entire operation was smooth, non-loud, and very efficient.

I recently purchased my fifth car from Fitzgerald, my second from Twain Dooley. The process is always fair and easy, and the Fitz prices and their lifetime protection program are great. I was having a few issues with my previous Subaru, and Greg Lewis worked with me to get me into a new car, while Twain took care of the details of the transaction. My expectations were exceeded. I won't buy a car anywhere else.
I had my 2018 GMC Sierra in for service and need to have an additional key made for the vehicle. I had inquired previously about it and was told it was in the neighborhood of $60-70 dollars. This was pricey but fine. However when checking out, I was informed it would be $131 dollars. I had to one full hour of labor to make one key. I find this outrageous and totally unacceptable. I have serious doubts that I will return for service any further. I understand they have to set up the computer to cut the new style keys, but give me a break, one hour of labor! Thanks and guess I will see you another time.

I always received great service at King, which is why I have purchased several cars from them over the years. It is true that the dealer knows more about their car than most others. My visit was for a regular oil change, which included a coupon which always helps. They pointed out that my cabin filter and engine filter should be changed, too. They were right as I try to replace them on schedule an I knew I was behind. I planned to replace the cabin filter on my own, but when looking at the location, I knew it would take me a couple of hours to get the right tools together and get it done properly. The service manager gave me an incentive to let King take care of it and I was happy to agree. Of course, my car was ready as expected and included a free car wash.
