This was the BEST experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. I spoke with my salesperson, Humberto, by phone about a vehicle I was interested in. I went ahead and scheduled an appointment to stop in and check it out. When I arrived he was waiting and ready to answer all my questions. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He was great to work with!! And just when I thought it couldn't get any better I worked with Casandra for the financing. She worked her magic and got me a great interest rate!! I was completely done and driving off the lot with my new vehicle in less than 2 hours!! NOW that's what I call GREAT customer service!! My family will be back :)

Normally the overall buying of a car experience is not something I personally enjoy, In this case it truly was a pleasure in every aspect. Went in to look at the vehicle and was clean ready and full of gas. Too the test drive and the car was awesome. There was no need to negotiate as the car was priced the lowest within a couple hundred miles. Overall great experience! I highly recommend Twins Buick GMC!

We decided to go to Twins Buick GMC on Morse Rd. in Columbus, OH and this was our first time at this dealership. We were assisted by the Salesman Brandon Lahn, the Sales Manager Brij Sethi, and the Finance Manager Bryan. They all provided us with extraordinary customer service. We felt that they listened to our needs and wants and proceeded accordingly. They explained the available rebates and cash back options so that we could make an informed decision regarding our purchase. They did not have the vehicle that we wanted at their dealership so they arranged to do a dealer transfer with another dealer in a neighboring state to get the vehicle we wanted. The vehicle that they found for us had even more options than we anticipated and a better price. The entire process was handled quickly and painlessly from start to finish. The great customer service that Brandon, Brij, and Bryan provided us with during the sales process is not common at most dealerships today. We are grateful that we chose to do business with this dealership and that we dealt with these individuals at this dealership. We were treated with kindness and respect throughout the entire process and they have provided great service after the sale. We would recommend this dealership and the individuals that assisted us to our family, friends, and anyone interested in a new or used vehicle who want to deal with trustworthy and honest individuals.
Brandon Lahn was my Salesman. Brij and Bryan were the Finance Managers that handled my loan. They all gave my Wife and I extraordinary customer service from start to finish. The loan process was handled quickly. We felt that they all were honest and truly listened to our needs. They did not have the vehicle that we wanted at their dealership so they located the vehicle at another dealer and arranged a dealer swap to acquire the vehicle for us. We feel they went above and beyond for us and they have given us great service after the sale. We would recommend this dealership, this Salesman, and both Finance Managers to our friends, family, and anyone who is interested in a new or used vehicle that wants to be treated with kindness and respect. The high level of great customer service that we were provided with at this dealership is non-existent at most dealerships today. I am glad that we chose this dealership and we will definitely buy from them again in the future.
The Customer Service representative I worked with in the Service Department, Steve, clearly viewed customer service as a top priority. I found him to be friendly, considerate of my time and comfort, efficient and professional. I have been having problems using my rewards account. Steve went out of his way to help me. He called someone to help me and offered information as to the email they have associated with the account.
My husband and I visited Chesrown the Sunday prior to Labor Day and they were extremely busy given they are one of the few dealerships open on Sunday and it was a holiday weekend. Salesman Joey Powell assisted us as we test drove several vehicles and ultimately purchases a 2018 Chevy Silverado truck. Joey’s patience, product knowledge and sales approach coupled with Chevron’s ease in transacting business made for a pleasant buy/trade vehicle experience. My service advisor Drew was very cordial and respectful. He was sensitive to the cost of this major service and ensured that I got the maximum benefit of my applicable coupons. The work was completed in one morning despite the fact that one technician called off for the day, causing Drew to juggle his schedule.
