I was in need of a newer and reliable vehicle, I had researched your used car's online. I found one that I really liked. When I spoke to Bill I told him that I had a minimum monthly payment. While taking the car for a test drive, Chris in finance got to work on getting me approved for a loan. Not once did either of them make me feel pressured into buying a car that I couldn't afford with a much bigger payments. Not only did I get approved but I purchased a car that I wanted and my monthly payments and interest rate was lower than originally anticipated. This is the first time I have ever purchased a vehicle with no pressure! I got to drive my new car home the same night. We have purchased MANY cars over the years at a certain dealership in Agawam, but, this was our FIRST experience at Balise Chevy Buick GMC on Hall of Fame Ave. in Springfield, MA. Gary was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He helped us find a dependable car with a payment we could afford. We could tell that he loved his job! We were also impressed with the Sales Manager, Mike Spanilo. He chatted with us a few times (always with a smile ). We saw Mike interacting with all the other the employees and it was apparent that he was liked by all. HONESTLY, Gary made this the EASIEST and BEST experience we have had at a dealership... We will definitely be back!

Started looking at their website for a late model used GM with low mileage. Found 2 that interested me, so I made an appointment to see them with Charlie Melnick, the Salesman. Decided the Verona wasn't quite what I was looking for but the 2016 Chevy Cruz was promising. We took the Cruz for a drive, and this was it-the car I was looking for.
I liked working with Charlie, he was honest. low key, and he listened and answered our questions. Signed the deal on Tues, and picked it up on Saturday as we asked. The following part is impressive:
After they already had our money and we had the registration they didn't abandon us. Charlie STILL took the time to familiarize us with all the operating features of the vehicle before we drove off. He even helped us set up out Onstar account.
OnStar is only available on GM vehicles. Try it. I have never seen the kind of service ONeill's gives it's customer from any other dealership of any other make of car. Our first, but not our last car from O'Neill.
Both Charlie Melnick and Lou the Finance Manager, were pleasant, informative and knowledgable of the GM cars.
O'Neills has a great location at the intersection of RT 44 and 202/10 in Avon. If you are seriously looking for a car look no further.
The service department at O'Neill's is professional and efficient. They keep customers informed throughout the service process and don't perform extra services without a thorough consultation.
The waiting area is clean and equipped with chairs that make laptop use easy. Very nice to be able to get work done while waiting.
I have regular servicing at your dealer ship. I didn't pass emissions recently so I needed to get repairs to pass, and I plan to go tomorrow. The service department reviewed the issues that needed addressing to fix the problem.
This is a GREAT dealership to work with. My sales guy, Dillon, was terrific on the communication. I live 1200 miles away, and have bought many cars online... this was a Great Experience. The prices they offer on their inventory, during their special pricing sales are NOT beatable... and I searched the whole marketplace.
By the time I made it to Stephen Toyota; I knew exactly what I wanted, I just didn???t know from who. I had been shopping around and comparing salesmen pitches, which is truthfully exhausting. When I met with Saeid Heydari, it was different. He made the process about me and what I wanted. He didn???t try to jazz up and sell me a car or features I didn???t need- but had me lay out everything I wanted (and didn???t) and just made it happen. He was patient and fought for me, as a customer, to get what I wanted for the price I wanted. No matter how many times I sent him back to the ???big boss??? for a better price or to add or change something, Saeid did it with a laugh and smile on his face. He didn???t just sell me a car; he sold me his trust.
