I was looking at getting a wagon without spending tons of money going German. Have had the Regal TourX for a year and a half now and have loved every minute. Have the AWD model and it was great in the snow. And I don't have to worry about my transmission going like my poor Subaru friends. This is a rebadged Opel Insignia fyi. Not in production anymore as Buick has gone to an all SUV linup Tl:Dr Great value wagon with lots of space. Nothing flashy but no problems since buying it a year ago.

I really liked this car. It has really nice curb appeal. It is sporty. It is responsive to the throttle and has great power for a 2.0l turbo. Great gas mileage too.

We were looking for something to replace both our AWD sedans since we were driving less. Look around, everybody's driving the same looking SUV, different badge. Anyway test drove this, quiet, goes pretty good on the highway, plenty of room, and no dragging stuff out of the trunk. All the cool kids want one.

I spent two years researching & looking for the exact Regal TourX I wanted. The car is very underrated. It looks & performs great. Because I took my time finding the right car at the right price, the value for my money is proving to be an excellent expense especially in comparison to an Audi, BMW, Mercedes or Volvo wagon of similar specs. It's very disappointing that Buick is discontinuing the Regal after the 2020 model year. I'm still not interested in a crossover or SUV.

They were really good with their customer service and the buying process was easy and quick. Only bad part is the mechanics did not check over the truck that well and had to take it back to get it looked over again. Nothing major though.

I can't believe I'm writing a glowing review of a car dealership. But here goes......Hands down the best place to purchase a Jeep. Just bought a rare 2021 Jeep 392 Rubicon. Very hard to come by. I did just what the TV ad said and went right to Jay. Without hesitation he ordered me one. Other dealers were charging 10 to 20 thousand over sticker...Not Jay. Like his ad says "Come see me Jay...Don't overpay". I did (see Jay) and I didn't overpay. I picked this beast of a Jeep up yesterday and could not be happier. From the moment I walked in yesterday I was treated like I was the only customer in the store...Yet the store was really busy. Aside from Jay I dealt with Ray Powers the service manager. He could not have been nicer. Rare for a service manager to be so nice and knowledgeable. Nothing that I needed. done to the new Jeep was an issue and was done right away. As far as the delivery went Big Mike got me on the road knowing everything I needed to know about my new Jeep. He signed me up on the spot for free Sirius, U Connect and Jeep Wave. All in all I have bought at least 20 cars in my lifetime. This was by far the best experience ever. Oh...I forgot to mention this place is state of the art. One last thing that my wife noticed....2 people were running around cleaning off the seats and and tables throughout the dealership. They are taking Covid seriously. Thank you Jay, Ray, Big Mike. Also thanks to Joe A. who was out sick yesterday. Thanks for keeping me up to date on the build process.

After a mix up with scheduling by phone and nearly an hour gone by without any contact from the service department, Andrew Knox stepped in and went above and beyond to fit the service on our vehicle in while making sure my infant son and I were comfortable and happy. He remained calm and personable, and stayed in contact through the remainder of the visit to let us know how things were going. He was even able to expedite new tires to be installed to go along with the alignment, oil change, and inspection we needed. Most impressively (and very appreciated!), he went out of his way to secure a loaner vehicle at no charge so my son and I could spend the afternoon at home instead of in the waiting room. This is the second car purchase I made at Team Toyota of Glen Mills, and they were both good experiences. They started with the best price and then worked with me to get the exact deal I was after. My salesman, Jeremy Wood was great. He was friendly, professional, personable and knew his cars. He came in on his day off in order to meet with me and set up a test drive. He took extra care to keep the buying process safe during the covid pandemic. It takes a lot to impress me, and Jeremy did just that. There are 10 Toyota dealers closer to my home than Team Toyota of Glen Mills. They made it worth the trip.
