Genuinely a very well executed sport wagon - capacious, very quick, quiet cabin, smooth, controlled ride, great Bose stereo, feel like Brembo brakes, V rated Conti Pro tires and understated, modern styling. With end of year GM discounts, this may be the best value vehicle I have ever purchased.
The best car buying experience I've had anywhere. No game playing that you usually get, very up front and competitive. Worth the drive if they have what you're looking for. Derek was great to work with.
Noisy, expensive gas hog with a lot of cheapness

I’ve owned this vehicle for two months. Where’s the prestige’ Cheap, hard plastics all over. Firm, hard, basic seats that are supposed to be leather, but seem more like faux leather or pleather. Obviously GM used the lowest grade and quality. Cheap rubber and plastic all over the dash and doors and looks as sad as it feels to the touch. The car has squeaks and rattles like crazy that the dealer can’t find. The brakes are noisy when the car is cold. The car looks ok, but is bland. One person thought I was driving a Chevy (which was no compliment). I get about 21 mpg combined and that is horrible. The power and acceleration are mediocre at best. The engine doesn’t sound refined at all. I do not recommend. I can’t wait for my lease to be up. I’m going back to BMW, Audi or Lexus. This car certainly isn’t any of them and yet Buick tours themselves as a luxury brand.
We have always had the best experience when leasing a car at DeFouw Chevrolet!! Pam Strain is AWESOME!!! She has helped us the last two times we have leased a car and I would highly recommend her to my friends and family. She even called to tell us about the Fall Harvest Sale they had going on. Thank you!! We love our Red Equinox!!
As always a painless and hassle free buying experience. The sales and service departments always do their best and strive for total customer satisfaction. Thanks!
Have it for 2 weeks

Has a ton of room, rides quietly and performs nicely. So far it has been a pleasure, need to drive it more. The one problem is the start stop feature that I don't like, I am currently looking for a fix.
Wonderful experience. Aaron and Darren helped us get a better deal when trading in our lease vehicle and got us in a newer Honda Certified C-RV. We love our new ride! Great environment, awesome lounge and great people!

This car is very comfortable to drive, has plenty of pick-up and lots of cargo space. So much nicer to have a wagon rather than an SUV which one needs to climb into, especially for someone of my petite height. It is really quiet too, while driving, and this will be especially nice when I take it on the road for a long distance trip. I even got a "thumb's up" from a young man in a VW Golf sitting next to me in traffic, he said if he had seen my car first, he wouldn't have bought the VW!
I hope to keep this for a very long time!!!
We purchased our third vehicle from Cars Plus. Pat was so helpful and it was a very easy process. We will always get our cars from Cars plus. Thank you for being so honest and making it actually enjoyable !!

It's a great looking car that rides nice a drives like a dream, comfortable to drive and has some get up and go with lots of nice features, still have a lot to learn about this car[TourX] got less than a 1k on it so far can't wait for the first road trip
All around great experience. No pressure. Friendly and accommodating. Vehicle was ready on time. I have not used service Dept. yet but expect the same level of satisfaction. Thanks DJ

I was in the market for a small SUV with large cargo capacity to replace an ageing Aztek (91 cu ft cargo capacity). Unfortunately, SUVs similar in size on the outside are much smaller on the inside, and the larger SUVs are too big for somebody only 5 feet tall to get in and out of, load up, or even see out of. This wagon was a great alternative for me, and has more cargo capacity than the SUVs I looked at, along with a better ride, better visibility, and much better gas mileage. The AWD was a necessity for me (living in upstate NY). I have gotten a huge amount of compliments on it, and friends with SUVs even say they really like it. Got a great deal buying at the end of the year (about $9k off the sticker). Hope to keep it for a long time!
My parents bought all of their cars through Wilmes for a pretty long time. After my parents passed, I ended up having to sell mom's camaro back to them per her probate, and Randy Hamm oversaw my first new car purchase. Since then I've had two more brand new cars. Nobody has given me the treatment Randy did, till about a year ago. I moved away. My little old wireless company I worked for doesn't exist in Tampa Florida. I'm looking at you US Cellular. No, you can't get calls on their network here either lol. Anyways. Instead of selling phones, I decided to sell cars. 1/2 of my success I blame on stubbornness. The rest, that Wilmes customer service that has stuck with me all of these years. People! You want to buy a car here! If you're in Altus Oklahoma there is no reason not to! If I could, I would fly home for my next Camaro and drive it back down here. (I don't sell Chevy, but I'm a Chevy girl. Shh!) I'm serious when I tell you that the rest of the world isn't going to give you small town service. They're going to forget you when you leave. They're not going to remember your name. They're not going to send you cards and cookies and make you feel valued. I mean, some of us will. Thanks for showing me the way Randy! Big city volume stores love down home country girls. Lol!
YES.. It's a BUICK!

I am not really a fan of SUV's or CUV's.
I prefer a wagon especially a European designed one.
This car is beautiful comfortable and a more affordable Euro wagon than Volvo or Audi.
We visited to test drive a used suburban. After the test drive my wife and I weren’t sure that it was exactly what we wanted (nothing wrong with it, just not our ideal car). We told the salesman, Shawn, that we needed to think about it and weren’t ready to make a decision. Based on past experience with other dealerships I was expecting the pressure and sales tactics to start... nope, not with Shawn. Before we left Shawn brought over the GM for the dealership and I thought “here it comes - he’s going to apply the pressure”. Wrong again :) Before we left Shawn asked if he could get us some bottles of water for the ride home. I hope to have an opportunity to buy a vehicle from Pellegrino in the future, as they gave me the best dealership experience I have ever had!
Very European styling and performance.

I love the look and feel of this car. It has to go back for a rattle and some noise when braking but as soon as I picked it up, I have been on the road and have over 1500 miles in the two weeks I have owned it.
Sweet driving with all the acceleration I need.
After months of searching for a SUV to fit my family's needs I found my new car at Malouf. Buying a car can be stressful and tedious but the guys here made this process easy and enjoyable. Thank you so much! I will for sure be back!
The sales manager and staff were cordial. I dislike car buying because it’s usually high pressure and high stress. At long, we discussed the car, agreed on price and proceeded through the purchase process. There was no haggling or pressure put o on by the dealership.
Brendan made buying my 2018 Audi SQ5 extremely easy and straight forward, no games, no endless back and forth. quickest car buying experience I???ve had. He???s on top of his game and goes the extra mile for his clients. I would highly recommend Brendan if you???re looking for an Audi.
Fast, easy, and had a little fun. Got the vehicle I wanted (and love) for a
reasonable fair price. Justin Green worked with us and was great.
It's an "Opel"

German-made by Opel, the TourX is a very good car. They could have done a better job on the interior (it's a lot like a "Chevy" inside) but otherwise its a home-run. Exterior design is the best on the market (in wagon segment). Controls/Infotainment are intuitive, easy to use. Performance, handling and braking surprisingly competent (this IS a wagon after all). Only complaint are the EXTREMELY NOISY Continental tires (my dealer is replacing these with new "silent technology" Conti tires). Overall, a tremendous value especially when compared to much more expensive offerings from BMW, Audi, etc.
Missing cargo mat that was in the pictures. Never disclose that there was Only 1 set key which is &500 to buy. I understand it’s a used car but still need to tell buyers what comes with the car. The salesman was awesome. Kasra was very friendly.
