My sister had been looking for a car for a long time. The other dealerships did not take her seriously. We pulled up to ALM at the Mall of Ga. and was greeted immediately. She told them what see had seen on line. Ali & Tammy brought us snacks while we waited to see the car. The price on line was the true price. It was such a relief to have a honest salesman. Ali bought our dinner while she purchased her beautiful SRX. It was the least stressful experience I have ever had buying a auto. I would recommend Ali to anyone looking for a vehicle. Sporty luxury. Very well maintained. Looks and still smells NEW! Love the heated seat and steering wheel in the cold weather. Bose speakers give excellent sound. Answering the phone easy, play music from your phone.......... Small car, parking a breeze. Smooth ride.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

First time with some style. Love the car. Very comfortable. Just pay to much. My fault. Should have stay with my first choice when it come to money.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Too many sensors are going bad and still barely

Overall I was pleased now within two months I have had to bring the car in 3 separate times for various sensors going out. Then the battery. I did not know the battery would be considered as item that is covered. So I paid for battery and triple Aaa to put it in. I'm very concerned that I am having all these problems and the warranty is just about up.
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

The car is affordable luxury, I enjoyed the car it's fully loaded without the over spending.
It drives very smooth and very good on gas
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. If you want sell your car with no hassle, go with Caravan. Thanks for the best service Tom.

I went to Carmax on 4th of July. The place was not super packed, so that was great. We had a little 9th month old on tow, and were nervous that it would take us all day to shop. The only thing that took a lot of time was waiting for a sales man. Apparently, the new young guys at the front were more interested in flirting (yes flirting) with each other and playing around than realizing that we needed help or just plainly asking us if we were being helped. That really bothered me, as we wasted 30 mins just sitting dumb. The front desk girl was no help.. she was the one to tell us to sit and wait and then no where to be seen. Finally someone professional and extremely courteous walked by ... the service manager. He quickly apologized for our wait, and brought along Daniel Claudio. I am SOOOOOOOOOOOooooO thankful he did. Danny was professional, kind, humble, hard-working, and just all the way a pleasure to work with. He represented Carmax the way it should be. He took the details of what we were looking for and walked us around to cars that would fit our needs. The second car (nissan pathfinder) was a recommendation from him... and that was the car we bought. Danny if you're reading this... THANK YOU! You're such a great employee and that deserves recognition.

This car met all my expectations. Very reliable. Good on gas. I just love driving this car. Makes me feel safe. I will be going up North this fall to watch the foliage change colors.
Bought a car and had to get some repairs done after 5 months of having it because it is not included with my warranty. They need to do full car inspections before they let customers drive off the lot. Il probably trade the car in after one more year.

this car was very reliable, had good gas mileage, very comfortable and had a great sound system. It felt like a luxury car, I especially enjoyed driving in winter with the heated seats and steering wheel.
Purchased a 2015 Buick verano with 27k .when taken for a test drive we didn't notice the shakeyness when the car shifts into 2nd gear..we noticed this on the 2nd day of ownership...took our new car to a Buick dealer which they had for 3 days only to be told they have no fix for this problem.they do have 5 others complaining of the same situation.im to call them once a month to see if a solution has been made, otherwise I have to drive it and let it shake,vibrate,shimmy whatever you want to call it...now I know why Buick discontinued the ceramic...
