I went to Carmax on 4th of July. The place was not super packed, so that was great. We had a little 9th month old on tow, and were nervous that it would take us all day to shop. The only thing that took a lot of time was waiting for a sales man. Apparently, the new young guys at the front were more interested in flirting (yes flirting) with each other and playing around than realizing that we needed help or just plainly asking us if we were being helped. That really bothered me, as we wasted 30 mins just sitting dumb. The front desk girl was no help.. she was the one to tell us to sit and wait and then no where to be seen. Finally someone professional and extremely courteous walked by ... the service manager. He quickly apologized for our wait, and brought along Daniel Claudio. I am SOOOOOOOOOOOooooO thankful he did. Danny was professional, kind, humble, hard-working, and just all the way a pleasure to work with. He represented Carmax the way it should be. He took the details of what we were looking for and walked us around to cars that would fit our needs. The second car (nissan pathfinder) was a recommendation from him... and that was the car we bought. Danny if you're reading this... THANK YOU! You're such a great employee and that deserves recognition.
Too many sensors are going bad and still barely

Overall I was pleased now within two months I have had to bring the car in 3 separate times for various sensors going out. Then the battery. I did not know the battery would be considered as item that is covered. So I paid for battery and triple Aaa to put it in. I'm very concerned that I am having all these problems and the warranty is just about up.
Everything went fairly smooth. Processing the purchase took a little over an hour. At other dealerships it can take 3-4 hours.
I forgot to inquire about the 2nd key until ready to drive away and was informed it only came with ONE key..............ask this question before you buy as this particular key costs around $300.
Overall a fair price for what is a great car! Would have been better with 2 keys like I was assuming. If it came with 2 keys I would give them 5*'s!

This car is smaller than what I usually own but it is comfortable to me and sporty. It is fun to drive. A week after buying my Verano I drove to SC and back and it was a very comfortable drive and enjoyed the OnStar and Sirius Radio.
Last weekend, I purchased my third car with Acura Carland and I have to say, there has been a complete turn around here. Previous experiences had me not wanting to even step foot in this dealership, but I am SO glad I did! I walked in not expecting much, but not only were they able to help with concerns I had with my old car, they were able to get me into a new one that fit all of my needs. Thank you Robert, Jimmy, and Primevere for taking care of me and making me feel apart of Acura Carland. I honestly can not say enough amazing things about you all. I also have to mention that the service department is great as well. I had an issue with my apt. complex and parking the loaner car and Lakisha took care of it, no questions asked. Thank you again Acura Carland!

Sporty luxury. Very well maintained. Looks and still smells NEW! Love the heated seat and steering wheel in the cold weather. Bose speakers give excellent sound. Answering the phone easy, play music from your phone.......... Small car, parking a breeze. Smooth ride.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Carvana has made it an enjoyable experience and it can be done from the luxury of your Home. Thanks Carvana.

Great car. Smooth drive and very quiet. Don’t know why gm quit making this car so many on the road very nice looking car would consider buying new one if they were available
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

I think for the money you get equipment some of the more high priced cars have and a great ride and it is a great looking car.
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. If you want sell your car with no hassle, go with Caravan. Thanks for the best service Tom.

This car meets my needs and is very comfortable. Handles fantastic and rides great too. I couldnt be any happier than i am with this car.
We were online car shopping and inquired about a vehicle. Within several minutes we were contacted by Lauren Bierria (client advisor). I was able to reach Lauren on the phone and we started chatting about the vehicle that I had inquired about. Long story short, we went the dealership, did a test drive, and bought the vehicle that my wife wanted. Lauren is easy to work with and he helped make buying this vehicle a pleasant experience. We would definitely deal with Lauren again. He is a nice guy and we enjoyed speaking with him.

This car looked really nice, comfortable, inexpensive but slow pickup kinda soggy around the corner. Liked the inside very much but performance was not there

The ride is great. I do think it has everything but with everything comes higher price used for gas. The first week I had the car the air bag sensor light came on.$666.00 to fix. However the dealer did fix it at not cost to me. It uses oil
Bought a car and had to get some repairs done after 5 months of having it because it is not included with my warranty. They need to do full car inspections before they let customers drive off the lot. Il probably trade the car in after one more year.

great car except dealer cant seem to find problem with wipers stopping in middle of windshield..changed wiper trans..same problem..said bad wipers..only 15 mos .old...ANYBODY???? help...tough driving in rain storm when wipers stop for 3 seconds

First of all it is a GM product, which is all we have ever owned. It has everything I was looking for and more. The Buick Verano rides beautiful.
Went to the Dealership on Friday, all cars on the lot were clean which is a good sign. Found one that I liked, Had it inspected from my mechanic. There was a Check Engine Light. The Dealer Had it Fixed on Monday since his Mechanic was Closed on Saturday. Got a call to come in to verify the work. All is Good. We Negotiated and the car was purchased. What stands out about this dealership is that there is no pressure to buy. Also if you straight up with them then they will be straight up with you. Happy to say that the experience was great .

The speed excellerating is great , gets up and goes with no redlining.
Seats are comfortable and positioning to drive is comfortable.
However getting in and out with my back problems is not easy and it’s more like a coupe than a sedan, I’m 6 ft and there is no leg room behind my seat for anyone. My wife and I are usually the ones that are in front if I pick up someone I have to move my seat forward over 6 inches to make room for rear passenger. My knees are under my chin.
The gas mileage is great getting 30 to 32 around town and the interior is very plush and has a great stereo. CD and satellite. Certainly happy I bought it but with my lower back problems wishing I’d gone for more of a SUV like my wifes car, easier to get in and out on my back.
I looked diligently and came across the wonderful staff at Hardy. The special staff was never pushy like the other locations that I had encountered, but it came down to being confident about the product and dealership they were representing. Even when the financial staff was pleasant and courteous tells you an awful lot! If your looking for a Ford call Hardy first or even last.

I purchased a 2016 Buick Verano !it is the best thing that has happened to me. It’s a beautifully engineered car that I hope to have for a long time. It is a great vehicle. !
