Called about a Equinox for my mom. Aron took my questions and said he would have Dean (the sales manager) call me back. To my surprise, less than 5 minutes had passed before Dean did call me back. He spent about 20 minutes on the phone with me answering questions, worked up a price, and emailed it to me. The price was easily the best quote I had received from over 6 different dealers. Mom ended up going with a different manufacturer and model, but I know when its time for a new truck who I am going to call 1st. Very easy people to deal with. Great service!

great car except dealer cant seem to find problem with wipers stopping in middle of windshield..changed wiper trans..same problem..said bad wipers..only 15 mos .old...ANYBODY???? help...tough driving in rain storm when wipers stop for 3 seconds
CarMax treats customers as they should be when they are purchasing a car. They do not pressure you and offer great services. They sit down with you and evaluate payment options that will make you most comfortable. I have nothing but praise for this team and this facility! I will recommend this facility to any and everybody!

Sporty luxury. Very well maintained. Looks and still smells NEW! Love the heated seat and steering wheel in the cold weather. Bose speakers give excellent sound. Answering the phone easy, play music from your phone.......... Small car, parking a breeze. Smooth ride.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

First time with some style. Love the car. Very comfortable. Just pay to much. My fault. Should have stay with my first choice when it come to money.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Carvana has made it an enjoyable experience and it can be done from the luxury of your Home. Thanks Carvana.

This car meets my needs and is very comfortable. Handles fantastic and rides great too. I couldnt be any happier than i am with this car.
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

Overall I was pleased now within two months I have had to bring the car in 3 separate times for various sensors going out. Then the battery. I did not know the battery would be considered as item that is covered. So I paid for battery and triple Aaa to put it in. I'm very concerned that I am having all these problems and the warranty is just about up.
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. If you want sell your car with no hassle, go with Caravan. Thanks for the best service Tom.

This car met my needs, it has a luxury feel and look at a great price. Good on gas, can't wait to put it on the highway.
This shopping adventure began when the 16 year old car that my 77 year old father drives lost its transmission. My mother and father are in great health but have lost their confidence to make big financial decisions on their own. They wanted me to find them a good car at a good price. Within a matter of days, I was looking at the inventory at The Auto Centre. They had the vehicle that met all of our shopping criteria. A quick test drive revealed that this car, a 2013 Chevrolet Malibu, was the vehicle that we had been searching for. Finding the car was easy. What I needed now was a caring and thoughtful staff that would explain everything to my parents and restore their car buying confidence. We bought the car during a holiday week and dealt directly with Ken and Lorraine. They went above and beyond to explain everything simply and clearly and answer all of my mother's questions. My father is very proud of his "new" car and has been showing it off to everyone. My mother is happy that my father is in a safe and reliable vehicle. I love this car! I just would rather an suv. It’s an amazing car, with no problems. It’s very reliable. This car rides like you would not believe...
When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Jason Tate who was just finishing up with another customer. He was good and he was thorough. He was also probably juggling 3,4 customer at a time so there were some lulls and waits. Overall decent experience.
I did get the car I wanted but there was little budging on the price. Paid around $700-$1000 above the NADA suggested retail for the vehicle in excellent shape.
Also beware, their doc fee is $599. Around $200-$300 more than some of the other dealers I went to see. And there is no budging on that either. They were adament about that as well.
It appeared they had a very good inventory of vehicles and a wide variety of them too.

The speed excellerating is great , gets up and goes with no redlining.
Seats are comfortable and positioning to drive is comfortable.
However getting in and out with my back problems is not easy and it’s more like a coupe than a sedan, I’m 6 ft and there is no leg room behind my seat for anyone. My wife and I are usually the ones that are in front if I pick up someone I have to move my seat forward over 6 inches to make room for rear passenger. My knees are under my chin.
The gas mileage is great getting 30 to 32 around town and the interior is very plush and has a great stereo. CD and satellite. Certainly happy I bought it but with my lower back problems wishing I’d gone for more of a SUV like my wifes car, easier to get in and out on my back.
