Glbson pork was my salesman and did a very good job on putting the deal together and hats off to the managers they would not let me take the truck home till they do a safety check.it was a 11 year old truck but they treat you like it was new and after the safety check they found it could use breaks and struts they put it all on at no cost so I would recommend if you are in the market for a used car or truck this is the place.

So far its been a good vehicle. It's drives and handles well. Safety features excellent. Gas mileage excellent. Hugs the road good. I like the camera in rearview mirror.

We love this car. I've had Lincolns including the Navigator, high end Chrysler vans, "luxury" Fords like the Eddie Bauer Expedition and Mercury Mountaineers and this is by far my favorite vehicle. The Enclave projects luxury and backs it up. We have the Premium edition. The ride is excellent and far outclasses other SUVs we've owned which rode more like trucks. Plenty of room and a 5 star safety rating make it ideal for toting around the Grandkids. We went AWD for Michigan winters and plowed right through deep snow. A little more power and a little better gas milage would be nice but it's worth the trade off. 18 mph city is better than the Buick Regal Turbo we replaced and this car rides better too. I'll take the 23 mpg on the highway. As a 70s rock and roller and 45 year radio industry veteran, I love the Bose sound system. Especially when no one else is in the car! This is by far my favorite overall vehicle in 47 years of ownership. And yes the Kids and Grandkids give it 2 thumbs up!

We was looking for a dodge avenger but it was sold so we looked around and we was going to leave and the gentle pulled up with a nice ford fushion and asked if we was interested so we asked year and price and decided to test drive it i loved it so we went in and the financer josh was very helpful and answered all our questions we were there for maybe 25 to 30 minutes once we started paperwork They were very friendly and helpful I surely would go there again if needing another car Great job thank you very much.

I have had no real problems, except maybe the cheap tires they put on when its new. 23,000 miles and down to the wear bar. Sometime the info screen is frustrating to get the right pressure to find songs with the music channel I have. I do worry about the short warranty. 3 yrs 20,000 miles which is over. I cant believe that I overlooked that. I worked at GM for 8 yrs so I got the discount and that was why I bought it. If I had to do over I would by one of those Asian cars with 10 yr 100,000 mile warranty. Though I have had no problems so far. I only put about 7500 miles a yr on my car. I have 23500 now.

Bought it used in May 2022. It's a 2016 Buick Enclave awd Tucson Edition (displayed as leather). It's a nice car, was around $28,000 from carmax with 70k miles. It's first problem occurred in June 2025 when the ac stopped working, it got fixed. Only major problem was at 105k miles when the transmission had trouble. Reason why was because the dealer said it had the 4,500 lb tow package, but it was missing a crucial part needed to tow. Transmission was fixed, and car still runs fine to this day at 108k miles. 3.6L V6 288 horsepower.

Have had this car for a month. Everything is so well laid out and the MyBuick app is so easy to navigate. The mileage is fantastic. This is my first new car (ever) and my 3rd Buick overall. I love it!

I unexpectedly wound up leasing a 2022 Buick Encore GX. I have been very happy with all of the features and performance of the vehicle. It is peppy, handles great and is quite comfortable. A small step down in size from a Chevy Equinox and it has worked out extremely well.

Steve Austin's is a great place to have any GM vehicle serviced. I purchased my Cadillac XT4 at a Dayton dealership, but have my car serviced at Steve Austin's for two important reasons: 1.) Great service, top notch service writers and technicians. 2.) Steve Austin's goes to great lengths to ensure your vehicle is properly serviced. They contacted GM directly regarding an electrical issue, corrected the problem and my car was fixed. The Dayton dealership was eager to sell me my Cadillac take the cash, but not eager to schedule my car for service. An oil change and tire rotation was 3 weeks out, no loaner cars available as I work and live in another city. They promoted written false advertising stating that they would pick up my car from my employer, service it and return it the same day. No deal when I called to schedule for service. I won't return to that Dayton dealership, but I will continue to repeatedly go back to Steve Austin's!

I know that here in Northern California, Buick isn't a very popular brand, but that means I was able to get a stunningly good deal on my new '23. I traded up from a low mileage '18 Buick Encore (not GX), and at the time of the transaction, it had a remarkable trade value. My dealer did a outstanding job on pre-sale prep and delivery. My sales rep answered my every question. I enjoyed the prior vehicle, and feel this new one will give me the same kind of driving experience. My added safety feature is the front accident/pedestrian avoidance and lane keep assist. I haven't had to use either yet, but feel good about having them aboard. This Buick strikes me as a hidden gem, full featured but still available at a price point that blows the other comparable Asian built imports out of the water.

Made the 2 hour drive to Josh's from north central Indiana because we were looking for a Jeep Liberty and they had four on their lot. Fell in love with one, but it had a check engine light light on it. They let us put a deposit down with the understanding they wold fix it at their expense. It took over a week to fix (a gas cap leak that took a smoke machine and three repair shops to to find - all at their expense!) and they offered to set us up with a loaner if it didn't stay fixed. Finally closed the deal and took delivery. This kind of service is unheard of - even from a small town father and son dealership. I'd recommend them to anyone!

Comfortable, well powered, quiet, Bose system excellent, interior attractive, exterior has style. The rear window is low so it is difficult to use rear view mirror. Front pillars are wide and obstruct view to the left. Trunk is spacious.

Stoped by after seeing a few cars online I was interested in looking at. One car was a bit rougher than I thought, one that I didn't care for the interior color, but then we found one that was just what I was looking for. Took it for a test drive and was very satisfied. Had a couple issues I asked if they could address like a new key fob and recondition the headlights. By the end of the day the new key was ready and headlights looked amazing. I never felt pressured, and was very happy with their service and help in getting me into a vehicle that day. Stop and see Josh, Jerod and Bill if your looking for a used vehicle. What a superb automobile. This is what I have wanted in a long time. It has more bells and whistles than I really need but it is very nice to have them. The Encore offers a very quiet and smooth ride. It has the get up and go when needed and handles really well. Drivers seating position is great for tall or short people but the seats aren't geared towards (wide) people, no disrespect intended. The car isn't very wide and the interior shows it. Driver and front passenger must share the one armrest on the driver's seat. A/C & heating knobs are not illuminated makes them hard to see at night. Back seat room is OK. Storage area good for groceries but not much else unless you raise the rear seat and lower the seat back. Doing this we were able to get a new mower in the box inside without any problem. Almost 30,000 miles with only regular oil changes and tire rotations. No mechanical issues at all! One of the best cars we have owned. Not to mention we bought it new while offered at $10000 of of list price!
