Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
Purchased May 2018, with only 7,000 miles on it.

The best riding vehicle we have ever owned! Because of its size it is a little rough on the gas mileage but I am willing to pay that for the ride and comfort!
I filled out an online app in hopes of a newer/used vehicle for myself and family as I have 4 children 2 of witch are teens who drive and as a single father i wanted something i can feel 100% worry free with as I send my daughter's out on their daily errands, school, etc. With 2 divorces and struggles in life I never thought it would be possible to get a new car however I had to try. I got approved online and like most everyone else thought ya sure until I get there I'm approved then they'll want a years salary for a down payment but I went anyway! I got there and meet with Art and after a half hour he had gotten me into not a used car but a brand new 2018 Nissan Altima! Now I can go work my 10 hour days, my children can go to school, run their errands and I don't have to worry about their safety or if their broke down somewhere! Good car on all counts. I'm still learning all the features;this is the first time I have owned a car with all the bells and whistles as they say. Love the look and it is reliable.
Art at Freedom Nissan is absolutly amazing. I was at my wits end being turn down, told in order to get into a car I would need $3,000 down. Art contacted me just as I was about to give up. I ALMOST decided not to show up to my appointment. I thought why bother, that I was just wasting hours of my time to be told sorry but we can't help you. Art asked for 45 minutes of time and in that time he would let me know if he could help me. I sat down with thinking why am I even here he's going to see my credit and laugh at me when I walked put the door. I was WRONG. I was told there would be no surprises on how much I would need if anything at all down. With in 30 minutes I was told he could help me, with in 1 hour we had a car picked out. With in 2 hours I was signing my paperwork. The car we picked needed a inspection and when they went to do the inspection they found the back brakes needed to be replaced. Art did this at no cost to me. He means what he says. No surprises. He keeps his word which is important to me. 3.5 hours later I was on my home. Art made me feel like any other customer with great credit. So, now I have a 2015 Nissan Rogue in my driveway because of Art. My advice skip the other dealerships and go straight to Freedom Nissan weather you have good to bad credit. The customer service is worth it.

No room behind the rear sear for very much. Only one arm rest? Hesitation on take off Rear camera is a joke. Very Very expensive to repair

I bought this car due to the reviews and reports on its reliability, as well as the fact that it is a Union built vehicle. So far it has lived up to all of my expectations. It has great power, with the V6 engine. IT handles great, and looks great.
Peter worked with us every step of the way, even when we had to switch insurance companies to ensure the car we wanted (which took days). Our daughter loves the car (so do we). This is the third car that we have purchased from Paya's and I am sure it will not be the last.

No wonder this Buick has had overall excellent ratings. It is a beautiful, comfortable automobile with plenty of performance. No, it is not a Mercedes or BMW but then, it is $30,000 less and in our opinion better looking.
In the 2 years that we have owned our Buick it has only been to the dealer for oil changes. We have averaged over 20 mpg with mostly city and expressway driving and over 28 mpg highway with the 3.6 V6.
Such a pleasant experience! I used the shuttle; the driver was very nice. AND, they had the repair done ahead of schedule!

This is the first Buick I've ever owned -- the 2017 Encore had a bit of a refresh in styling from the year before, both in its exterior and interior -- best was the interior refresh. The touch screen is now integrated into the dash -- no "stand up" screen as before. I have the next to highest trim level, the Essence -- dual zone HVAC controls for the front seat passenger and driver, and leather interior. Great gas mileage -- the turbo charged four cylinder does a good job -- a bit louder engine sounds than a six cylinder. Overall, a great little car.
I went in for a service recall. On Star said my tires on the R/side of my truck were at 31 so I asked them to check my tires & put air in. But, they would not. He said there is a light that comes on in the truck to say if the tires are too low. I gave bad arthritis in my hands & could not get the air in myself. The other tires are at 37. So, I am taking that gentleman at face value & will wait for the light to come on. I drive on the interstate quite a bit so I hope I do not have a problem & get a flat, etc. Was very disappointed that they refused to check them.

This vehicle is the perfect size for my shrinking family and it is great on gas since I travel an hour each way for work.
