My husband & I had been looking for a SUV and saw a Chevy Tahoe at Xtreme on a Sunday afternoon. I had sent a email requesting more information and heard back first thing Monday morning. Our questions were answered and we set up a time to test drive. While we were there we noticed one spot that we asked about. With not hesitation Laura said they could get it into the body shop to be corrected either before we picked it up or they could schedule something later if we wanted to take it home sooner. I was working out of town for work so they ended up getting it into the body shop the next day. While I was out of town I was sent pictures of the body work and we picked it up that weekend! It was by far the best experience of purchasing an automobile I’ve ever had. Very courteous and helpful. I actually went to GMC dealers in Va. and NC and they couldn’t help me get the SUV I wanted. Went to Cars.com and submitted 3 notice of interest to 3 different dealers and Zeigler responded within 5 minutes. No haggling and gave me a more than fair quote. Everything went smooth and finally heard from other dealers an hour or two later. Really appreciate the professionalism. Love my truck and it was delivered today! Thank you for all your help.

For the money you can't do much better. Quiet, sleek and has lots of options available. Has plenty of room and storage for this class of car. Love the AWD version as I live in a part of the country that gets a fair amount of snow.

The reason why I am writing this is because I know the mileage is off because there is no way I can drive 100 miles in the city in one day it's not possible. This is a complaint for me because I feel it needs to be looked at.

I know that here in Northern California, Buick isn't a very popular brand, but that means I was able to get a stunningly good deal on my new '23. I traded up from a low mileage '18 Buick Encore (not GX), and at the time of the transaction, it had a remarkable trade value. My dealer did a outstanding job on pre-sale prep and delivery. My sales rep answered my every question. I enjoyed the prior vehicle, and feel this new one will give me the same kind of driving experience. My added safety feature is the front accident/pedestrian avoidance and lane keep assist. I haven't had to use either yet, but feel good about having them aboard. This Buick strikes me as a hidden gem, full featured but still available at a price point that blows the other comparable Asian built imports out of the water.

Brad worked with us providing valuable information and insight into what makes and models might best meet our needs. Took plenty of time, allowing us to test drive several cars. His input made all the difference in our final purchase decision which was at another dealer. But if he would have had the right car for us we would have closed the deal then and there! I love this car and it’s loaded with safety features and it’s pretty fast, a fun to drive car. Also pretty comfortable so if you’re looking for a nice car get this one.

My wife and I are very pleased with our 2024 Encore GX purchased used w/ only 2500 mi on the clock. The Encore GX is one of the current Buick lineup of 3 small SUVs for about $25k; I suspect these hidden gems are unknown to many Americans. Unfortunately Buick's focus on China has resulted in the Buick brand being all but forgotten in the US. The NHTSA has given a ***** Overall Safety Rating to the 2024 GX. I have one negative with the Encore -- I'm 6'-1" and the Encore is small for me. Some call the cabin "surprisingly roomy" for a sub-compact suv. Truth be said IT'S JUST SMALL. Likes * 1.2L Turbo engine surprisingly strong in city driving * Entry-level luxury at a moderate price * Fun to drive (some call it boring) * Lots and lots and ... of safety features * Excellent mileage (30+ mpg) for an ICE SUV * Sits up high (as a SUV should!) due to 18" wheels * Quiet cabin due to Buick's QuietTuning technology * Heated seats, steering wheel, outside mirrors * Physical buttons/knobs for radio, climate controls -great * Power hatch/liftgate w/ kick plate - very handy * Traction & Stability control Dislikes * 1.2L Turbo engine is somewhat challenged on the highway * Design same-same as every other small SUV on the road * Digital Speedo and NO Tach; I prefer the real thing * Seats are narrow, hard and uncomfortable on long trips * Road noise is worse than expected for a Buick * Small cargo area w/o rear seat backs down * Insufficient legroom in back seats * Insufficient rear headroom for tall persons * AM/FM/Satellite radio difficult to program * VERY sensitive brakes and accelerator

I bought it used fron Carvana with 49000 miles on it. When it had around 100,000 miles on it i had to replace the middle 2 coils. I did it myself for $100 each. Took me 30 minutes on each one. It now has 137000 miles on it and the check engine light has been on since 110000 indicating a "failing turbo". It shows no signs of failing and continues to run good. just drove it from Florida to Texas and back (1800 miles) It ran good. I have had 4 Buicks and very little trouble with them. I would definitely recommend this car. Beautiful and easy care- just change oil ecery 5000 miles and it keeps going.

It's driving heaven love it and it's got 184.000 miles on it and you can barely hear it run, power is amazing, I would not buy anything other than Buick going forward

The Encore 2024 GX ST is my second GM car, which has truly impressed me. I've driven various vehicles, including Honda, Infiniti, Toyota, and Saturn, but the Encore GX truly stands out. Its sleek and attractive exterior design caught my eye immediately. On the inside, the elegant beige leather seats create a luxurious atmosphere, and the state-of-the-art infotainment system adds to the overall appeal. The exterior has been significantly improved with the modern Buick logo, giving the car a more contemporary look. One of the most outstanding aspects of the Buick Encore GX is the driving experience. Navigating the vehicle is incredibly easy, and when you press on the accelerator, the car effortlessly gains speed. This is in stark contrast to my previous experience with the Toyota RAV4, which struggled to accelerate quickly. Overall, I'm thoroughly pleased with the Encore GX and would highly recommend it to anyone in the market for a new car.

I have not had any problems with my Encore. I drove it to Nevada, California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Kentucky and Arkansas and have not had any problems with it at all. I have had the standard maintenance on it, Radiator Flush, Oil changes and put a new battery on it in 2022. The battery it came with lasted 6 years, can't complain about that. And I just put a set of tires on it too. I am very happy with this model and would recomend it anyone looking for a GREAT SUV.

This is a very exceptional automobile featuring many safety features at a very affordable price compared to higher priced vehicles! The car is very attractive and sporty and has earned many admiring comments from people I have met in parking lots. The only drawbacks which might turn off certain prospective buyers are the 3 cylinder turbo engine and the lack of a 4 wheel driving option. Other than that this is a very attractive auto at an unbeatable price!

I bought this used with 26,000 miles in the spring of 2024. I love the styling, interior, and value. My only complaint is that the angle of the infotainment display can make it difficult to see due to reflections, especially in bright sunlight. I love the AWD option, it adds to stability - even in dry conditions. The remote start is handy in cold weather since I now live in an apartment and no longer have a garage. Performance with the optional engine is more than adequate.

Just bought this car under 2 months ago, with 40,000 miles on it. Traded in a 2014 Chevy Impala. It has many more safety and comfort features than the Chevy...still learning how to use them all! Very pleased overall so far.

It is very soft and comfortable, it has a good audio system, the front lights are excellent, the pedestrian and vehicle warning system works well, the price is very reasonable, the interior design is very minimalist and this makes it easy to work with it, the engine is very It gives good power and you have a very good driving feeling with it, its exterior design is very similar to muscle cars, with eight headlights, it is very attractive

Small but fun. Bought this and drove for six months ultimately trading it in on a bigger vehicle because the seats weren’t wide enough for my husand. Zero issues with it. Loved the look of it (had an ST) and appreciated the safety features. Really thought it was peppy for a little car.
