What a pleasant experience. My first time financing a vehicle. When going to initially look at the vehicle, I discovered a few issues. Obviously no used car is going to be perfect, nor was I expecting it to be. They told me to come back the next day and the issues would be fixed. I came back and they did in fact fix the car. They are willing to and have went above and beyond.

it is 2023 and it has 146,000 miles on it with no major repairs. I change oil ever 5K miles and do all scheduled maintenance. My wife loves it. She can carry lots of her stuff and it easily converts to handle passengers.

This is by far the best car for your money, I bought this car used with almost 40k miles and now it’s at 110k miles in about a year and a half. I drive 100-300 miles a day and this car gets around the same gas mileage as my old Hyundai sonata. This car is driven through heavy traffic in Washington DC and the rural countryside on a daily basis and can handle just about anything. This car drives and feels like a Mercedes S class. I travel around the area and I couldn’t think of a more comfortable car to do my job in. I never have to worry about reliability. The only con with this car is that an oil change is about $120 wherever you go (DC Area) and my fog light was knocked out by heavy snow ($25 part). If you’re researching you should definitely buy this car.

This is my 3rd Buick. Loved my LaCrosse and just now upgraded to the Invision Avenir. Very satisfied with the look and upgraded options. Performance is a bit less than my LaCrosse with the V6 but adequate.

We just purchased a new Acura Integra from Yong Kim at Pohanka Acura. This is the second Acura we purchased from Yong because he goes out of his way to make it an A+ overall experience. We really enjoyed catching up with Yong since the previous Acura purchase a few years ago. Yong provides excellent communication, straightforward pricing and no pressure. This vehicle is so beautiful, the space is perfect. The modifications in the car are amazing. The vehicle drives very smoothly, perfect to take on a road trip.

Sales persons were very informative and provided quality service. Sales manager took time to confirm eligibility for all possible rebate offers. Financing took time to answer all questions and reached out for confirmation on questions from customer.

As over many years Buick is in the background, however I have owned both, and the Buick outshine the Cadillac ever year. If you want to impress other 's and spend money go with the Cadillac if you want to enjoy your car buy the Buick. That said start looking at the envision on up

My only complaint is that I cannot seem to close the door mirrors. Small complaint and not really a flaw but cosmetic. The car is amazing. It has plenty of room and acceleration. It is comfortable and luxurious too.

What can I say---it's a Buick! The ride and overall driver and passinger comfort is unsurpasse ed and even though this vehicle is some 12 plus years old it behaves like a new one. Course maintaining and showing it TLC helps.

I drove from Greensboro NC, 4.5 hours away to purchase the truck. The truck and all the details were ready, I was promptly taken care of and out the door in about an hour. First of October we drove from Ohio to Vagas and back throug Wyoming good gas milage and loved the ride. Recommend it buy for comfort and value.

Very good vehicle. Not that great on gas, but ok for all wheel drive. Lots of room up front, really like the the all wheel drive.

The reason why I am writing this is because I know the mileage is off because there is no way I can drive 100 miles in the city in one day it's not possible. This is a complaint for me because I feel it needs to be looked at.

The car is beautiful inside. The seats are comfortable. I have a heated steering wheel and seated seats. The car has an automatic starter. I put high test in engine and the pick up is great. I put gas in the tank almost every two weeks. I love the car and would highly recommend it. Best car I ever drove.

I enjoyed my test drive experience and the staff was attentive. However, the rep who worked with me and my boyfriend insisted on accompanying us on the test drive. No other rep had joined us at other lots, either private or dealership, so it seemed like more pressure and less privacy. We also had to tell the dealer that we’d meet him inside after talking privately. Again, pressure. That, plus no acknowledgement of the need for cosmetic repairs—duct tape under the seat, a hole worn through the driver’s car mat—made it fairly easy to walk away from a decent car.

I bought 2014 Premium AWD used w, 30k miles and odometer now reads 179k. The car has been very reliable , I have replaced the water pump, timing belt, and done brakes and oil changes, I also fixed the manifold/valve cover issue. These were all normal Repairs . I am pretty good with maintenance, so that is key w this car. If you just drive it, don’t change oil or fluids then like any car you will have problems . This one has been very good .

Buick is bringing sexy back. I have had two friends say it looks like a Porsche and an Audi. The Sport Touring model is the sexiest car I've ever driven. Super comfortable with lots of head and leg room. The seats are ergonomically designed. The dash is a technical marvel. Runs great and even gets 30 MPG on the highway

Jimmy at Carmart. was absolutely terrific. Out of the dozens of times I have bought a car from anyone this was the most smoothest ever one that I felt no unease about. Jimmy took care of a problem after the sale with no hassles even picked up and delivered my wife while his crew worked on the car. By far the best dealership I have ever worked with. I have not had any problems with my Encore. I drove it to Nevada, California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Kentucky and Arkansas and have not had any problems with it at all. I have had the standard maintenance on it, Radiator Flush, Oil changes and put a new battery on it in 2022. The battery it came with lasted 6 years, can't complain about that. And I just put a set of tires on it too. I am very happy with this model and would recomend it anyone looking for a GREAT SUV.

Eric was great, as usual. This was my 3rd new vehicle through him and I also sent a co-worker in who purchased too. The issue is not with the sales team, it’s with the finance dept. I am still waiting on resolution for an extended warranty I purchased with my new car last month. Shockingly the $$$mistake is in the dealers favor. 2 emails ghosted and no credit back to either my loan principal or my credit card. My suggestion is to just purchase the vehicle there and decline EVERYTHING the finance department offers then run out the door. Sales gets a 5, Finance dept 1 1/2. I will give them the rest of this week to keep up there end of the contract before I envolve corporate.

We love this car. I've had Lincolns including the Navigator, high end Chrysler vans, "luxury" Fords like the Eddie Bauer Expedition and Mercury Mountaineers and this is by far my favorite vehicle. The Enclave projects luxury and backs it up. We have the Premium edition. The ride is excellent and far outclasses other SUVs we've owned which rode more like trucks. Plenty of room and a 5 star safety rating make it ideal for toting around the Grandkids. We went AWD for Michigan winters and plowed right through deep snow. A little more power and a little better gas milage would be nice but it's worth the trade off. 18 mph city is better than the Buick Regal Turbo we replaced and this car rides better too. I'll take the 23 mpg on the highway. As a 70s rock and roller and 45 year radio industry veteran, I love the Bose sound system. Especially when no one else is in the car! This is by far my favorite overall vehicle in 47 years of ownership. And yes the Kids and Grandkids give it 2 thumbs up!
