Big shout out to Brandon in Service My 2019 Ford Transit cargo van had trouble starting in the morning and after receiving roadside service, I drove it to Airport Ford for a possible diagnostic Service department was extra busy for a Monday and I had no appointment, but Brandon went above and beyond to take time and conduct a battery diagnostic to determine if a new battery was in order. He didn't have to, as I was a walk in Customer with no appointment, but his willingness to help, while obviously juggling many other things at the time was greatly appreciated! 5 stars for Customer Service

Piles Chevrolet in Dry Ridge was not my first stop when I was searching for a Chevrolet Trax; BUT, they should have been my first! Unlike the others, the people (Dan and Betty) at Piles in Dry Ridge, Ky, treated me with respect and interest; even when they found out I wasn’t in search of a NEW car. When I reached home with it, I noticed that the back cover over the spare tire was missing, so Dan promptly ordered me a new one! I can’t wait to praise Piles Chevrolet to all my family and friends!

We love this car. Drives well. interior has a luxury car feel. my husband and i are both tall and a little heavy and there is plenty of room in both front seats for us. you do need to have light weight, slightly shorter friends for the back seat. the only drawback i can even think of is there is not a ton of room for multiple suitcases if you are picking up another couple at the airport. other than that, this is a great auto. we have had it for 3 years and have not had one single problem with it!!!

Trent was awesome to work with. We took the car and Trent told us to take it and have breakfast even suggesting a few places to eat. We test drove it without any phone calls from them. They left us alone to do as we please. Once we returned, we looked but didn't test drive another but my wife was sold on the one we drove. Deal done and I do not want to leave out Pat in finance. My baby name is Sunshine. The color I was showed was not the color I got. I love blue when I saw the blue it was different, It didn't pop, I was still like ok whatever, as long as it's blue, she'll grow on me. Before I get her I had only seen one a few yrs back and was puzzled like a buick with a rag top?? Is that a convertible?? Anyway, fast forward... usually when u buy a car u start seeing a lot of them. Well, I didn't so I'm looking at cars (waiting on the delivery of mines) I finally seen the blue I was getting and I was like, ok that's cute. The day of my new arrival. Omg she was more beautiful in person and the Blue was NOT the blue I thought. She popped!!! This baby is beautiful and rides so smooth I wanted something different and she has not disappointed me at all she had 15,910mi I've had her for a lil over 6mos. She sitting at 25k now. Absolutely no regrets i am her third and prayfully her last owner.
