Michael went out of his way to come in early so I could look at a vehicle. Before I even sat in the vehicle Michael stated he noticed something making a noise and would get it taken care of before I took the car home. Michael and his team did a wonderful job, I was able to pick the vehicle up the next day. Fixed and ready to go.

Bought a turbo with only 8k miles and it runs amazing. What you get for the money I consider it Definitely a bargain with all the options. Not crazy about the interface and rather small back seat but the trunk makes up for it.

I drove from Memphis TN to Cleveland OH to buy a car from Eddie, I'd do it all over again without a second thought. I've bought many cars but this way by FAR the best experience I've ever had from an auto dealership. Eddie and his wife aside from being very nice and great people, are honest, fair, and genuinely care about the cars they sell and the people they are selling them to. I bought this car second hand. Gas mileage could be better and all my interior windows frost over in the winter. Doors must not be insulated?? The car has mechanically been very good. Drivers seat is uncomfortable though.

I leased this 2017 Encore in 2017 after the lease was up I bought it. Now in 2024 I am just putting tires on it. I put a new battery in last year. That's it! I change the oil. I have read the bad reviews and am surprised. To be fair I drive in town and 6000 to 7000 miles a year.

The car is beautiful inside. The seats are comfortable. I have a heated steering wheel and seated seats. The car has an automatic starter. I put high test in engine and the pick up is great. I put gas in the tank almost every two weeks. I love the car and would highly recommend it. Best car I ever drove.

Coming from driving taller vehicles, I like being able to turn and not worry about falling over while not worrying about bottoming out because it’s just high enough. Having gotten it used with over 120k miles on it, it does have some wear and tear, but it’s been very reliable so far! Feels like a sports car! Lots of buttons, but you come to learn them very quickly.

I think Marin did an excellent job throughout the entire process. He was very quick to reply to my questions I had sent him. He agreed to stay later than normal business hours, due to our arrival time. The truck was pretty tmuch exactly as described, no pressure from him or the other gentlemen that were present. I would definitely buy from him again. As a customer, we need to be the ones to thoroughly check everything on the vehicle. There’s always some sort of risk involved when buying used, and don’t forget that the condition of the vehicles are due to the upkeep or lack of, by the previous owner. This car has met all my needs, great ride, solid car, plenty of leg room in the front and back seats. The trunk is spacious can fit multiple golf bags.

I bought 2014 Premium AWD used w, 30k miles and odometer now reads 179k. The car has been very reliable , I have replaced the water pump, timing belt, and done brakes and oil changes, I also fixed the manifold/valve cover issue. These were all normal Repairs . I am pretty good with maintenance, so that is key w this car. If you just drive it, don’t change oil or fluids then like any car you will have problems . This one has been very good .

My 19 year old and his fiance just had my first grandson. They currently only have one car which was the the Saturn Ion I gave him that he "like his first Avenger" he clapped out and broke. I saw it and realized his fiance needed a car he can't touch lol. Enter bank of dad. I needed a car that will be a safe point A to point B for a fair price and this dealer had cars right where I was looking. I went there, explained my situation and asked what would be the best option. I got suggested a Malibu that after checking out told its own story that matched what I was explained. I drove it and while I'm at best a YOUTUBE certified mechanic, I'm a network engineer by trade and pretty handy. Shifted great, engine ran strong, and AC blew cold. This was a car that could easily be double sale price if they spent the money and labor in some body parts to make it "pretty" and a few hours of detailing. My son can fix stuff and have tons of detailing stuff for him to clean it. To anyone leaving bad reviews at a place like this, I can guess you probably just got unlucky. These places have to GET cars for less than what they are selling them for to make money. Obviously said person didn't find a car themselves for "x" price so they went to a dealer. The experience I had was that they were super up front and honest about what they're selling. At no point did I get the "if you just spent this much you'll get this or if this car is the most reliable car on earth, expect 1000000 miles etc". These are low cost, as is running and driving cars for a super fair price. I feel like I got one xxxx of a deal and now have the peace of mind knowing my grandson is in a safer car.

Worked on one for a friend and this car is smooth and easy to work on. It's big and roomy and very stylish even today. The only thing I seen that I did not like was it doesn't get good gas mileage and it's a V6. Kinda to much weight for a V6 to be pulling but once you get it on the highway it's definitely a cruiser and smooth.

I have been driving Lincolns since 1976 and this Buick Enclave is equal or better. But the cost is about 50% less and has more room than my Navigator.

Had this car since 2012, not even 100,00 miles yet, in great condition and paid for. Excellent car! Great on trips! If taken care of, would recommend this as a very good buy.

Love this car, however there is a Blind Spot (on passenger side) when making a turn, caused by windshield frame and side mirror together. Very dangerous.

This Lucerne is my second. I LOVE that car! Drives great, handles well in the snow, has always been reliable! 245k miles later...I still love her! I did buy a new car because I drive a lot.... I went with a jeep Cherokee only because buick doesn't make sedans anymore and the enclave which i loved... is too much car for me and my dog.
