I love Mini of STL which is obvious as this was my 5th Mini purchased there. Working with Kate was easy and efficient. Kate is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I ordered a Mini to be built and Kate put up with my multiple changes and indecisiveness all along the way. I was turning in a leased vehicle which went very smoothly. The staff at suburban are all professionals. Jeffrey cawood manager is truly a asset to the team there. My salesman dean is the best. He works with you to get into a car that fits your needs. From the phone operator kay, to all the staff in service they make your trip there a soothing experience. Once again thank you all.
My service rep as well as the service manager went above and beyond to help me out. They know I have had a serious of problems with the vehicle between tire/rim issues, headlights, and computer/electric issues so when 8 month old tires all needed replaced as well as a cracked rim AND the rear shocks/pump they did everything they could to minimize the cost. They recommends tires with a large tread life warranty that at least will be replaced if they run out in 15-20,000 miles like these did which is ridiculous considering nearly all of it is expressway driving in light traffic. I will never buy any tires made by Goodyear again. They also did the service in steps and prevented me from getting recommended work that was not mandatory at the time, not the usual dealership way which was refreshing.
Long story short, the Genesis service team did enough for me to rethink my stance on never buying a Cadillac again. Although they cannot prevent the quality issues or control the cost so odds are I will sell this one in the next 10-13’days and switch back to Ford/Lincoln since I had twice as many miles on those cars and never had half this many issues

My wife and I had a great experience with F.C. Kerbeck when purchasing our new 2017 GMC Acadia. The sales person Greg Henkel was awesome to deal with. He did not pressure us in anyway and that is one thing I respect. The dealership itself was awesome to deal with. My 7 year old daughter was starting to get hungry after being there a few hours and the dealership went and bought us lunch. I would strongly recommend this dealership and sales person to anyone looking to buy a new car. I would give them 10 STARS if I could!!
