I purposely avoid dealerships due to all the hassles, but my experience at Earnhardt Cadillac Chandler was amazing. I saw a vehicle online and made some tentative contact, not expecting much as I had not bought from a dealer in over 25 years. Everything worked out in the process and I have my new-to-me vehicle which was awesome. The team, Peter, Andy, Luke, had everything ready for me so when I drove in from Tucson, all I had to do was inspect, drive, sign and head home in about 30 minutes. Awesome experience.
Made an appointment at another dealership for a lube and oil, other dealership took 20 minutes before they even greeted me for my appointment, then gave me a ridiculous quote for an oil change. Said thanks for waiting my time and hauled over to Coulter Infiniti. I apologized for just dropping in and asked if it was possible to get an oil change done that day. Scott said sure and squeezed me in, said it would be an hour and a half to 2 hours. By the time I was done talking with him my car was in the air, and was completed just shy of an hour, including the wash. I appreciate the service greatly and will return, with an appointment of course.
Bought an awesome BMW M3 from Mike at EURO STAR AUTOS SALES. I had an awesome experience from the first phone call to the handshaking of making a deal with me. Answer is, it depends. We got there at about 3:30pm and left maybe about 8pm. But we got a fair deal. We have tried to go to other dealers, and yeah they make fun of this on the radio but its true. Others dealer tried to sell us a vehicle and forcing us to put 3000 dollars as a down payment. Elder asked us how much we wanted to put down asked how much we could afford a month and they would work with what we had. Very friendly people, and my dad got his new car which is very happy about.
The overall experience exceeded all expectations. From the scheduling, estimated quote, throughness, and completion of job. I would have no problem making a recommendation to others. People were great to work with, very knowledgeable, and very helpful.

Spent 2 days, 5 hours total to get myself into a new to me car. I had an idea of what I wanted and AP Moore worked with me and the financing department to get me out of there. Great experience overall!!!
I have never felt more comfortable with a service department and dealer. At the beginning of November my 10 year old/200k mile Honda started have major issues. I was able to get the car in right away and get a rental so I was not stranded. The communication from Fitz to me was amazing. I felt extremely knowledgeable of what the problem was and what it was going to take to fix my Fit. After a couple of days myself and my husband decided we were just going to get him a new car. I had my eye on a used car however the dealer was able to do some digging and recommend a far better car within my budget. The buying process was so incredibly easy. We were in and out in an hour (which was good because I had my kid with me.) My husband and myself love our new car and could not be any more thankful for the technicians and dealer that worked with us.
