I’m retired and my son knew I was a fan of GM. He talked me out of a Chevrolet Impala and suggested the Cadillac. The price of the ATS was comparable to the upscale Impala. I’m closing on fifty thousand miles and I have had a few MINOR recalls (expected) and no operating issues. A safe bet! She’s a four turbo.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. Big Bang for your buck. Comfortable, sporty, luxury vehicle. My first 4 door, and it’s not like grandpa’s sedan. It won out over a Camaro, because it had more room, more luxurious feel, and can drive it all winter.
It was our first experience bought the car out of NY state. The process was smooth, the price was fair with great customer service and finance. We found many cars to choose in our first visit and down to Nissan Rogue 2018. Special thanks for Gerald Sales person who so patience and genuine showed us the best deal and kept us update till we finalize everything. It was awesome!! And we were pleased that Eddie, the finance manager able found us a best rate for our car loan. And thanks to Janet who did all final paperwork fast and through. We will recommend this dealership with no doubt. We wish our new car will last for years and we will have a great rides thru the years!

This car is not only attractive & comfortable it also has all the latest safety features to assist in being accident free as a responsible driver. I would highly recommend this car to friends & family.
When making the appointment, we were told replacing the tire would take approximately 1 hour. Actual time was 2½ hour.
When told the truck was ready it wasn't in the normal pick-up area. When we finally found it, It was outside of the bay area surrounded by a vehicle on both side and new 2018 in front. Thankfully a technician saw we were having a time maneuvering a 16' box truck in such tight area. With his help our driver managed to get our truck out without hitting anything.

Owning this car is a blast while on the road. I have the 2016 3.6 engine with magnetic ride control and it is just a wonderful car to dive especially on curvy roads. It does everything i could need from a car.
The negative side with mine was the issues i keep having. I didn’t have any issues with the cue system that many complain about, accept a couple of freezing scenarios and had to do a hard reset twice. After 30 000 kilometers the car needed an entire new torque converter and apparently this issue is a more common problem with this model. The car would hesitate and jerk when driving arround 80kmh at arround 1500-2000rpm. At 40 000 kilometers the oil pump had to be replaced. Now at 47 000 kilemeters the entire differential has to be replaced after i started having a whining noise from the back.
I still love driving it as it is soo much fun and the interior is such a great place to be in but I deffinetly don’t intend to keep it after the service and waranty run out. I’m not sure if mine is a lemon as i had more issues than most people reporting online but i thought it would be worth sharing.

I bought a 2013 VW CC Sport from them. I am from Binghamton, NY & this car was located at their showroom in Hartford, CT. I saw this car’s listing online and immediately liked it but wanted to test drive the vehicle before putting down my money. I had arranged for my own finance so needed the purchase order for this vehicle. They agreed to give me the purchase order if I put a refundable deposit of $500 on my credit card. I agreed to that. So I put my paper work in order and drove down with a friend on Saturday to their showroom. The condition of the vehicle was good just like I had imagined from the pictures. I took a test drive. The gentleman who was with us on the deal was knowledgeable & helpful. I noticed that above the front passenger headliner there was some black smear. I pointed out this to the salesman & he took care of it immediately. Also the engine bay & the underside of the vehicle looked dirty as if it was not washed so they gave the car a complete rewash before I left. I was unclear on how I would be able to register a CT dealer plate vehicle in NY State. I was told that I would be getting NY plates which I did. Only place where the dealer needs to improve is communication. I had no clue what was going on with my registration & upon calling/emailing I just got the answer that “A third party company is taking care of it”. This is my first car in this country and it should not be assumed by dealer that everyone knows the process of buying a car over here. It is nice to maintain some transparency during paper work as I am paying for that service as well. Now I got the plates from DMW NY however I never got the title for my car. Upon asking the dealer, they say they mailed the title directly to my finance company and it’s normal. Here’s the thing, my friend got his car a week later mine, went through the same finance company as mine and he got his title from the dealer (different car dealer). He just made sure he added the finance company name as a lien holder on his car’s title & mailed a copy for their record.

This car was small in size, had all the accessories I wanted. Had only 9000 miles on it. The salesman and service people are great at Orr Chevrolet. I will always go back there to buy a car and for service. They are the best in Texarkana.
I have to agree with others in that the sales department needs to be completely replaced. I purchased 2 Cadillacs within 3 months and had to go elsewhere to get sales assistance. I visited the dealership multiple times and could never find a salesperson to assist me. One time I did manage to get someone's attention and they showed little interest in helping me or meeting the price of their competitor. Thus, I bought two cars elsewhere. Pete in the service department is the best. He is always on top of things and keeps you informed of any delays. The sales department needs to take some pointers from Pete as to good customer service. As far as the facilities go, this place has to be one of the oldest run down dealerships around. I am quite surprised that GM allows this place to be in such horrible condition. The owners need to turn over their dealership to someone who really wants to sell cars.

I love all the extra features in this vehicle. The HD radio and Bose sound system are phenomenal. The temperature control works wonderfully. It is a beautiful car inside and out.
After purchasing my vehicle at another dealership I decided to take my Cadillac CTS and my business to Alderman Cadillac. Peter in service assisted me in obtaining the repairs for my vehicle. Peter is very knowledgeable on all things Cadillac; Peter informed me of repairs and warranties I was unaware of. He went out of his way to schedule me and facilitate my repair, therefore providing me with a great experience. Alderman Cadillac has, by far, the best service I've experience. Thank you!

Buying a car from J&M was the best car buying experience by far! I worked with Vinny who was more than patient and accommodating with me. Being a young female trying to buy a car can be very difficult, but Vinny made my experience easy and smooth. He was honest about any and all details in regard to the cars. Cadillac finally built a great compact sedan. I bought the ATS 2.0 4 in late June. It was a lease return with 12,410 miles. It's a fun car to drive and a very quiet cabin. A recent drive to San Francisco got 32.3 mpg. The interior is a bit tight, but the seats can be adjusted.
Kenny was my salesperson and he worked quickly with me to get me into a car after I had a bad car accident. I had a great experience the first time I bought there and so it was natural to see what they had this time; and it was my dream car. I went up on a Monday and drove off on a Thursday. This is a very honest dealership with professional salespeople and managers. They stand by their vehicles and their prices are extremely competitive.

This car makes you feel like you are in a luxury car. Everything is so comfortable and well thought out. I do wish it had a little more leg room int he back seat but other than that this car is pure luxury.
Purchased a nice 07 Infiniti M35x. Very smooth transaction. Staff was nice and welcoming. I had a good experience with Rich Grassi my salesman. Very easy to work with.

Just bought this a month ago. Car is beautiful inside and out but seems Cadillac fell short on mechanical quality. Already have found it is leaking oil by timing belt cover and it is idling very rough at startup and at lights. Both seem to be known issues that Cadillac covered for customers under warranty but good luck if you are just over like this one since they failed to issue needed recalls for the oil leak from the cover and motor mounts that cause shake.
