Looked at a used Envoy XUV which was priced reasonably but for good reason. Most of the key systems were out of working order (liftgate, key fob, tailgate, roof, radio screen). No worries, it’s a used car and it happens however I recontacted the salesman about another suv on the lot and got no response. I ended up purchasing a new GMC Terrain elsewhere. Farther away but more engaged. Your facility and lot was very nice tho. Kudos on that
Easy to work with, honest approach. Saw a few vehicles online, called to inquire. Josh had them sitting up front waiting for me when I got there. No wait, straight to the point. Easy purchase. Went so well the first time, my wife went back the next day and bought a vehicle from Josh too. Couldn't have gone better.
I liked working with Nisha, not pushy, very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. Only issue I really had (I don’t fault mishaps for) was the attention to detail that was given to detailing the car. Heavy dust and grim in easy to see places and crumbs/cereal under the seats. I will have to take it for detailing. Also the car needed new wiperblades right away as they where split.
Our salesman-Kyle Buxman, Was great He answered all our questions and did such a gread job showing and explaining everything about what ever car we were trying out. With all the great feasure of the 2018 Chevy Equinox. He is very knowegble about the differnt models. Very friendly. It was a pleasure meeting him and doing
business with him. We look forward to seeing him again.
Purchased a pre owned vehicle from Montrose Ford Lincoln and had a great experience. Super quick responses from the sales team (Dave) especially because we were coming from out of town. They made the buying process quick and easy.
The staff was friendly and helpful and solved my problem with my keys needing preprogrammed without killing the battery in the process. It was busy today so I waited in the lounge area, but it was clean and comfortable and I had hot chocolate while waiting. I was impressed with the neat and clean restrooms as well.
Although we live in Columbus, we only buy cars from Joe Sember at Cole Valley in Warren, Ohio. This is my third experience working with Joe, and I cannot give a higher review. Joe is dedicated to serving the customer, and it is amazing how easy Joe makes the car buying experience. His knowledge is only exceeded by his commitment to customer service, and, in all, he is prompt, efficient, honest. On our recent purchase, Joe drove more than halfway to Columbus to deliver the vehicle to us -- Joe delivers an easy, positive experience to the onerous task of buying a car. Good experience, only comment would be that my appt. was for 7:30 a.m. however service staff did not arrive until 8:00 a.m. Scheduled early so it wouldn't interfere with work but they did finish within 30 minutes so that was good.
I hit a deer with my car shortly after I purchased it from Nick Turco. One of the reasons I decided to purchase from Prestons this time, and not the only reason (I'm not that shallow), is Preston's washes your car for you. I had never used the service all summer because I was busy so I had to get a bid for the deer that actually hit me because Preston's is one of the dealerships that my insurance company lists that I can use. Anyway, I thought, while the auto body shop was running my repair I would run real quick to get my first car wash but 20 others had the same idea! I was already two hours behind schedule to meet a contractor and as I was sitting there looking at the lllooonnnggg line of cars God literally drops an angel in the parking lot. From a far, I could see this angel walking towards me and I'm not sure but I think I saw bright lights from all around him (could have been it was a very sunny day). The parking lot got bright like a white light (maybe the sun but one never knows) and this very good looking angel/car salesman by the name of Nicholas Turco says; "Hey Cyn, I'll drive you over to the other car wash so we get you out of here". Thank you God for sending Nick to walk across that parking lot at the time I needed and for saving me another 45 minutes of time! These are the little things that mean a lot to whether or not we come back to buy the next car or whether we tell our family and friends why we buy from Preston Motors. I love you Nicholas Turco and I'm sure you will be getting a life long customer when my son finishes college...my life, not so much left but his... for sure! :)
