The staff was friendly and helpful and solved my problem with my keys needing preprogrammed without killing the battery in the process. It was busy today so I waited in the lounge area, but it was clean and comfortable and I had hot chocolate while waiting. I was impressed with the neat and clean restrooms as well.
Robert & Drew in the Service Department went above and beyond to accommodate my work schedule to have my mother's 2008 Impala serviced. This is the best service department I have ever experienced so far. I hope that Wollam Chevrolet will continue their exceptional service as I will continue to have only Wollam Chevrolet service my mother's 2008 Impala since we purchased it new at Wollam Chevrolet in August 2008. The service department mechanics have always done an exceptional job of fixing my mother's 2008 Impala without having to worry if they corrected the problem the first time without having to bring it back. Plus as a bonus, my mother was offered a senior discount to help her with the repair bill. We also like that Wollam Chevrolet has a free oil change with every 5 oil changes and discount coupons sent to help with maintenance and repairs. Although we live in Columbus, we only buy cars from Joe Sember at Cole Valley in Warren, Ohio. This is my third experience working with Joe, and I cannot give a higher review. Good experience, only comment would be that my appt. was for 7:30 a.m. however service staff did not arrive until 8:00 a.m. Scheduled early so it wouldn't interfere with work but they did finish within 30 minutes so that was good.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. Easy to work with, honest approach. Saw a few vehicles online, called to inquire. Josh had them sitting up front waiting for me when I got there. No wait, straight to the point. Easy purchase. Went so well the first time, my wife went back the next day and bought a vehicle from Josh too. Couldn't have gone better.
