The Nissan team was outstanding. They answered every question I had. They worked with me though out the whole processes. As a first time new car buyer it was scary but they made you feel comfortable!! David (sales) and the GM and Adam of the finance dept. All did a fantastic job thank you guys so much.
Friendly and courteous sales people and the new lease went easy. Luis did and outstanding job showing me how my new Arcadia functions worked. The car was cleaned and ready to go when I got there. Thanks everybody at John Paul???s Buick.
Steve P is top notch. Worked with me on finding the best options to keep my service costs as low as possible while not impacting the quality of service. Super flexible. My past experiences with Todd D have been the same. Nice job guys.
After 3 vehicles and 9 years it is a pleasure to write this review about Crest and Dan Deutschendorf in service. I know he has ironclad integrity, but also demonstrates great tenacity in solving all situations. Once Dan takes control, I relax knowing that my vehicle will be serviced to Dan's exacting standards. I trust his judgement implicitly. The entire Crest Service team is always extremely thorough and professional. Anyone who complains about dealer service hasn't been to Crest. You may enter as a customer, but will leave as a friend. Jane W. Roberts

Quality of Work
Need to cool for a week before I am write this. Went in for my oil change and tire rotation, brake inspection, wash etc. I knew I had a small screw in one of the tires, which I forgot to tell them about it. My wife asked me when I got home, if they fixed the tire , said I forgot to tell them, so I looked at the tire. Guess what? they didn't find it, because they didn't rotate the tires, or inspect the brakes, the tire was on the car on the same axle. How did that happen? I guess because they didn't do the rotation. No wash this time either. Guess I will need to find someone I can trust, so this is the last time I am going there. Just how did I know they did all the previous work I had done there? VERY DISAPOINTING, EXPECTED BETTER FROM BOUCHER.
i did my homework prior to our recent purchase of a low mileage used Mercedes. One of my primary information sources was Cars.Com. and the other was Car Max. We visited the Kenosha Car Max and found everyone we had contact with to be professional and informative. We ultimately bought a car from a Mercedes dealer but did sell our trade to Car Max Waukesha. The experience was handled quickly and pleasantly. I would definitely recommend Car Max and their staff.
I have been taking my Hondas (wife and I both have one) to Muller Honda of Gurnee since it was Rosen Honda back in the late 1990's. They always provide great service. Even when I would bring in my wifes old 1995 Civic with 250k miles, they always treated me well and I never felt looked down upon because " It's that guy again with the really old car". They were always very professional in evaluating my newer Honda or my wifes really old one and offering practical repairs. Meaning, I didn't experience a bunch of up-selling to fix problems with my 1995 civic that did have a few leaks and such but would not be worth dumping a ton of money into such an old car. My wife has a new 2018 Civic now and I am expecting the same great service I had in the past.
First, Jorgen was a good sales rep. Online, the car appear to be exactly what we were looking for with a fantastic price. We showed up in the car had almost 2,000 more miles than what was listed on Cars.com.
We looked over the mileage and had it inspected at the Ford dealership. The car had some issues that indicated that it had been driven pretty rough for the mileage and it was CANANDIAN. Ford does not honor the same warranty for Canadian cars as it does for American cars. The specifications required for each country are different! Prices for Canadian cars are also cheaper and retailers can sell for a higher markup.
Though Anthony seem like a great person to go hang out with at the bar, he wanted to pretend like there was no difference between Canadian and American Ford warranties, would not make any price concessions for the increase in mileage then what was listed online and flatly stated that he was quite excited to be able to drive the car for a few more weeks until it sold.
Bottom line, do some heavy research and make sure that you are prepared to walk away if necessary.
Tom Peterson was fabulous to work with. No pressure and very knowledgeable . I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy a car ! Thanx Tom for a very pleasure able experience
