They service both of my cars and until I started doing business with Herb Chambers Cadillac I never would use a dealer for anything other than warranty work. Now I even buy all my tires from them. A J has been there for many years and is the reason I continue to have my cars serviced there.

This car has met all of my needs and then some. A luxe dream with so much practicality. I couldn't have picked a vetter model to go with.
We bought a 2014 SRX and the vehicle is just beautiful. Roberto was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He was responsive and attentive. And he is exceptionally kind and polite.

Big Bang for your buck. Comfortable, sporty, luxury vehicle. My first 4 door, and it’s not like grandpa’s sedan. It won out over a Camaro, because it had more room, more luxurious feel, and can drive it all winter.
A J is great to work with. As for the quality of the work, in most areas it???s fine. However, I???ve had an ongoing problem with air leaking from one or more of my tires. For some reason it???s never been fixed.

Owning this car is a blast while on the road. I have the 2016 3.6 engine with magnetic ride control and it is just a wonderful car to dive especially on curvy roads. It does everything i could need from a car.
The negative side with mine was the issues i keep having. I didn’t have any issues with the cue system that many complain about, accept a couple of freezing scenarios and had to do a hard reset twice. After 30 000 kilometers the car needed an entire new torque converter and apparently this issue is a more common problem with this model. The car would hesitate and jerk when driving arround 80kmh at arround 1500-2000rpm. At 40 000 kilometers the oil pump had to be replaced. Now at 47 000 kilemeters the entire differential has to be replaced after i started having a whining noise from the back.
I still love driving it as it is soo much fun and the interior is such a great place to be in but I deffinetly don’t intend to keep it after the service and waranty run out. I’m not sure if mine is a lemon as i had more issues than most people reporting online but i thought it would be worth sharing.
As usual your service was excellent from the time I called with a tire situation until completion of the problem. I was losing air in one tire for a few weeks and I was promptly given an appointment once I called. Although I was there longer than usual ( had to find the problem), AJ went out of his way to go and get me a tire on the same day so I would not have to have a loner and come back the following day. I can never say enough about your service and AJ. They are the reason I keep coming back to Herb Chambers. Last time I almost bought a GMC but decided to stay with you due to service and AJ. Could not be happier. In addition, I am not related to anyone at this dealership, they are just that good and accomodating

I love all the extra features in this vehicle. The HD radio and Bose sound system are phenomenal. The temperature control works wonderfully. It is a beautiful car inside and out.
It took a while to do the job but AJ kept coming to see me and gave me reports along the way. Great customer service in the Service Dept.

A beautiful car in pearl white--classic but modern lines with lots of performance when the turbo kicks in otherwise a frugal commuter--a stylish 2+2 coupe with the top of the line Brembo brakes..a real hear turner

This car met all my needs ,stylish, sleek,sporty,very contemporary look ,sunroof, Cadillac QUE drive, navigation xm radio, size 18 10 spoke polish wheels,remote starter keyless start 272 hp 295 torque...
This was by far the best car shopping experience I have ever had. The salesman Matt was amazing!! Not pushy or over bearing. He ran around the lot for me, pulling up two and three used cars for me to test drive...he certainly broke a sweat trying to find a car that I was happy with and he did just that. He had all the paperwork ready to go for me when I got there to complete the purchase. There were no hidden numbers or fees...he told me what the payments would be and they ended up being just that. Greg in finance was super pleasant and made things go easily and smoothly...all I had to do was sign. He was personable and very knowledgable. Kim from the insurance department transferred my insurance for me and dealt with the whole process of retrieving the binder. She even shopped around for Home and auto insurance for me to see if she could get me a better deal! I have nothing bad to say about this dealership at all.

We have only had it a week but so far it lives up to the Cadillac luxury car standard. This is the first Cadillac that we have owned. What took us so long?
The purchasing process ran very smoothly from beginning to end. My salesperson, Jake was fabulous! He did a great job to ensure my wait time at the dealership was minimized as best as possible.

Its a Cadillac. The performance, appearance and dependability are second to none. The car handles like a champ, and the sport mode is a great addition. The winter/ice mode is helpful during the colder months, when more stability and control are needed.
What a great used car buying experience at Apollo Auto! Dad and I came in to look at car and Michael was kind, caring, personable, and a funny guy! We would recommend buying from this dealership to everyone!

Awesome car, the backseat does not have a lot of leg room. The interior is really nice. The car is very quiet, rides very smooth.
Go see Ray #3, aka “The Magic Man”, at least that’s what I like to ca him... tell him that Jay #1 sent yah! Lol....he was one of the only dealers willing to take the time and actually work with some banks to try and get me approved. Didn’t get an answer right away but Ray the third never gave up on me. So glad I stumbled upon this dealership I will definitely be back once I get my credit score up! Thanks again Ray !
P.S. I’ll be back again soon my wife wants a BMW now too! (Think we got her a little jealous LOL)
Problems within days of purchase

Just bought this a month ago. Car is beautiful inside and out but seems Cadillac fell short on mechanical quality. Already have found it is leaking oil by timing belt cover and it is idling very rough at startup and at lights. Both seem to be known issues that Cadillac covered for customers under warranty but good luck if you are just over like this one since they failed to issue needed recalls for the oil leak from the cover and motor mounts that cause shake.
This is my second vehicle purchased from Imperial Chevy and given the professional, courteous and exceptionally accommodating salesman, Jazz Kelley. He was kind, easy to work with, very knowledgeable and helpful who clearly knows his business, I will most certainly be back again for my next truck. I have all my vehicles maintained here and look forward to continuing that service with my new Yukon.

This car was small in size, had all the accessories I wanted. Had only 9000 miles on it. The salesman and service people are great at Orr Chevrolet. I will always go back there to buy a car and for service. They are the best in Texarkana.
Excellent service and friendly staff. The customer service did not end after the sale!

I’m retired and my son knew I was a fan of GM. He talked me out of a Chevrolet Impala and suggested the Cadillac. The price of the ATS was comparable to the upscale Impala. I’m closing on fifty thousand miles and I have had a few MINOR recalls (expected) and no operating issues. A safe bet! She’s a four turbo.
My third vehicle purchased through Bourne's. Although this purchase I will never forget. Spent most of the day at the dealership. I worked with Greg P, who did an amazing job getting me on the road with the right car for me. He was extremely patient and had great customer service skills. However, on my way home I was, unfortunately , sandwiched by two cars in my brand new Jeep. I was extremely disappointed, but glad that I was doing okay. My Jeep had extensive damage to the front and rear of the vehicle. Long story short, I was working with Greg P., Mike Kelley (GM) and Matt Aiello (Collision Center) throughout this whole progress from the very beginning to final outcome. Bourne's stepped up right away and was able to get me a rental car in no-time. I am glad to say that I will be picking up my jeep (again) this week!! Thank you for the great customer service and respect. Well done to the whole TEAM at Bourne's!!!!

I think it was great from the start when I saw it and now that I own it , it’s the best car I’ve owned and I love it
Overall everything went pretty smoothly. The price was in fair market range, which was a relief to not have to worry about haggling. I asked to have the dealership decal removed before pickup, which was not done. However, Greg brought it down to the shop and had it taken care of immediately once I pointed it out. They were extremely helpful by holding my car until after I returned from a week of travel (purchase completed beforehand, of course), which saved me a lot of potential headache before my trip. I marked 1-star off for friendliness because, on all 3 occasions I was at the dealership, there was unprofessional (either personal or internal business) discussions at the front desk. Nothing obscene, just not something I need to hear. If you need to reprimand an employee, don't do it with a queue of customers in front of them. As far as the car, everything seems to be in good working order. I have not put too many miles on it yet, but I anticipate it continuing to be a good purchase.

Cadillac finally built a great compact sedan. I bought the ATS 2.0 4 in late June. It was a lease return with 12,410 miles. It's a fun car to drive and a very quiet cabin. A recent drive to San Francisco got 32.3 mpg. The interior is a bit tight, but the seats can be adjusted.
